Most of the Little Caesars by me (Detroit’s west side) are horrible. People are rude. Takes more than an hour to get a pizza and the pizza is lousy. I’ve tried several since I moved to this area and they all seem to be the same. Reviews on Google confirm it. There are at least 10 locations closer to me than this one, but it has the highest rating in the area, so I thought I’d give it a try. I’ll be going to this location from now on, even though it’s a bit out of the way. Pizza was ready on time, it was hot and it was excellent. Location was clean and the people were friendly. Ordered a Detroit deep dish supreme and wings. Wings were a little small, but they were good. When I opened the pizza box it looked like it just came from a commercial shoot. Lol. It was picture perfect. I’m sure they all get there ingredients from the same distributors but it was nothing like the pizzas I’ve gotten from the locations near me. This was a damn good pizza and I’ll definitely be going back.

My son went in there this evening and came home with raw bread after he took a piece out then he realized it was raw. I’m literally having to put it back in the oven. The manager was rude not helpful my first time ordering from this location, I will never go back very unprofessional. The customer is always right and in this case, they were not helpful at all they don’t even care that they pushed out raw food.

Got my order wrong (paid for pretzel crust, got plain). When I called, they said there was no way for them to “make it right”. Multiple similar reviews = recurring problem. Inspect your pies carefully at the counter and be prepared to deal with the hassle, or take your business to another store where they make the orders right.

I feel like it really is a toss up with this location anymore. Its like, if you go when they are super busy (like Halloween – a tradition we have after trick or treating), it’s always great. However, if you go when they are slow, it’s always either burnt or undercooked. The last time we went (passing 2 other locations to come to this one specifically) the pizza (deep dish) was super burnt. I’m not the type to call and complain but this was bad, I couldn’t even eat it, even my son didn’t want to eat it (Little Caesars is his favorite and he’s not picky at all when it comes to stuff like this – he actually prefers stuff slightly burnt). So we called, and the manager was so ridiculously rude, arguing that it wasn’t burnt, and she refused to do anything to correct the situation.
You’d think it’d be the opposite – better service when it’s slow, worse when it’s busy, but it’s really the opposite at this location. The attitude of the manager though is why I won’t be coming back to this location except for on Halloween.

The employee behind the counter(male, white, blonde long hair) was AMAZING!He gave my kids free cookies while we waited for the pizza to cook. He gave great customer service to everyone in the store in my opinion. Top notch service!

This is our local neighborhood Little Caesars and we frequent dislocation about every couple weeks. Not only do we enjoy the great food which is always consistent in quality, but also the customer service is super friendly and always willing to help. Great job all!

Ordered a DoorDash. Bought a stuffed crust and stuffed cheese crazy bread. Which was different than you’re usual little ceasers order, so it costed about $10 extra. Once I got my items it was a normal hot and ready and normal crazy bread. This wasn’t the first time it happened either. Tried to call the store but not answering the phone. Sucks on my part because if I wanted the normal items too it ran a bundle deal. Costing me about $10. This three item order was over $33- extremely disappointing.
