This location is horrible they send you to a SPOON and just forget about you the whole time everyone is getting their food and leaving . Just spoke to manager and she said the tacos take a long time ok so that gives you the right to leave our other food sitting there getting cold . Got cold fries burgers were cold NEVER AGAIN! The manager didn’t apologize nothing at all she just kept being smart like ok the tacos take long WELL OK THEN MAKE MY ORDER ALL FRESH OR REBAG ME NEW STUFF! So annoying

I guess I got the short end of the stick today. Ordered the new Dr pepper burger or whatever it’s called. The onion ring was terribly old, felt like they just tossed a dehydrated onion ring into the fryer to bring life back into it. Also idk what I was suppose to taste? There was bacon and some sort of green like relish on the burger? I couldn’t even tell what it was but it was literally like half a teaspoon of it. I couldn’t take it back cause I’m a plumber on the go I don’t got time to be going back and forth for food. Now I remember why I don’t go to DQ

The blizzards and fries were good… but it would have been polite, had Matthew waited until he finished ringing us up and having us pay for our order, Before answering his phone to tell his buddy that “yeah, I’ll be there!”… When finished ringing me up he continued his phone call and walked out the front foor.

10:15pm. The drive thru guy with glasses was RUDE. When he says the sour cream was FREE I asked for 6 of them because we ordered a lot of tacos and my husband wanted sour cream. And he made a disrespectful sound. Like PSHHH ……
Sir you do Not Buy the sour cream or own the store I’m js. If you say it’s free and customer wants extra sour cream. What’s the big deal. I simply said I will pay for it. I always say. If you don’t like your job QUIT! .

Fries were cold so we had them remade and once I got home and took a bite out of my Tacos I spit them out because they were old & tasted off. If you want to go to a DQ that actually makes their food fresh, go to the one in Portland. I use to work there and I never gave my fans old taco meat.

Ordered curbside and showed up to the restaurant at the estimated time. No one ever came out with my order. I called the store to let them know I was outside waiting at curbside but no answer. So what’s the point of ordering curbside when I still had to get down to receive my order??
