Lobby was locked. They only allowed drive thru. After waiting in line, ordered, then was required to pull to the side and wait. Took 25 minutes…..ummmm, supposed to be hot and ready. I will never go back to this so-called restaurant. Also, food was undercooked. The pizza was inedible until placed in oven and “warmed up”.

This place is terrible. I ordered online and when my order arrived my Italian cheese bread was burnt. My pizza was just thrown in the box. None of it was cut like its supposed to be. I tried calling and nobody answered. This is why im not coming back. They are terrible.

Yikes! This place is horrible. Won’t be returning here. Cheesy bread was not cooked thoroughly and still doughy. Crazy bread was tough and didn’t have any seasoning and parmesan on it. Avoid!!!

Please order food from anywhere else! Get my order wrong everytime. Their bumbling employees cannot cope with expectations or the task at hand. Not sure how their ticket operation is handled, but for instance if you make an online order and arrive when the app says to, they will act as if you threw them a curveball and made their jobs harder than it already is. You will be asked multiple times what you ordered and you will still be asked to pull away from the drive thru window so they can get their lives together.

The cashier told us to hold a min when we were waiting to order. Never came back so I pulled up. A car cut in front of me and had a large order that had to be made. I had to wait 35 min to get to the window. And asked for mgr and asked why the person in front of us wasn’t pulled so we didn’t have to wait. The male cashier kept rolling his eyes and being disrespectful.
