We stopped in to get lunch while we were visiting in town and we got there right as they were starting the carry out pizzas so they were absolutely fresh. The service was wonderful and the people working acted as though they appreciated the business and made us feel very welcome even that early in the day while they were rushing to get the afternoon pizzas ready 🙂

This establishment is so unprofessional and has no sense of organization. I order my pizza online. Arrived 20 minutes later and when I arrived there was no one at the front to take orders and no one answering any of the customer’s questions pertaining to ordering, wait time, or pre-orders that was made. This happens every time I order . I don’t know if they are short staff but these issues surely need to be addressed. The poor lady has been waiting for someone to simply take her order and I’ve been here an additional 30 minutes with no indication that my order is being prepared.

Guys when I tell you that we received the worst customer service eve the other day at this location. We decided to have a fight party on the 13, we then placed our orders at approximately 1:30 pm with a pick up time for 5:00-5:05pm. We arrived at 5:05pm. We went into the location in hopes that our products were ready, it was already paid for via app. The young lady at the front told us that it was not ready, and that it would take 30 minutes????? So we used patience tho we were vexed (order placed at 1:30 and paid) why isn’t it done and waiting? So we wait 30 minutes, and the young lady says sorry but my managers Doreen and Sarah(?) said that it’s not ready and that it would require 45 min!????!!!??? We then asked to speak with one of them, where the young lady went and came back, and said “they said they can’t come to the front, they are tooo busy!” I was at my end at that point, yet didn’t make a scene. She said, I’m sorry(young lady frt end) I understand your frustration. We along with other patrons were all in shock saying how unfair and unprofessional it was for them not to acknowledge us. We waited all the until 6:20pm to get our pizza that out of four boxes only one of them were hot and ready. I still hve the pictures and pizza to show. It was a real let down, and ruined my fight party. The pizza was dried out and hard

I placed an online order at 5:30, it’s now 7:30 and the order still isn’t ready. 4 different delivery drivers dropped the order due to extensive wait time. I called the store to cancel the order and they said that my order was almost up. I told her that I would prefer the refund instead, I guess the lady cancelled and refunded it? Idk she mumbled something quickly and then hung up on me. Management need to come in and take control of this store, seriously. I don’t even blame the workers, I know they must be short staffed and stressed out trying to push out all these orders. Nonetheless, this is unacceptable… over 2 hours is insane!

Always glad to come here for a terrible experience. They’re always short staffed so even if you order in advance your pizza will still take 2 hours. The lobby never looks clean and the vents haven’t been dusted in months. I asked for a refund after waiting an hour and a half for one pizza, after they had put pepperoni on it, and he shorted me on the refund. Proceeded to ask for payment for the soda I had open despite him already taking my money for it.
Even better, they don’t like “making things better,” so don’t call and ask for help after leaving.

The food every time I order from here is always perfect. Sometimes there is a long wait but that is because they are short staffed. The staff is very nice and is more then willing to give you update on the food being done. This has quickly became my favorite little ceasers

Ordered online for delivery and it took 2 hours to receive our food. Pizza was somewhat warm, not hot. Wings and sauces completely cold. Our delivery driver had to wait for nearly an hour and a half before food was done. Food tastes good, so I will give it that, but something needs to be done about time management for sure. Took a chance on this location today because it’s the closest one to home and my household is sick, so we wanted delivery. But next time we get Little Caesar’s, we will use a different location. The other reviews on here are completely accurate and I would take heed if I were you. You likely won’t receive your food by when you expect and it won’t be hot.

Waited until 445 to go there showed up at about 5 o’clock
Here it is 520 and still, no one has talked to us.
There was a girl in front of us that told us she has been waiting in the lobby for close to over an hour,
There has to be some kind of false Narrative telling Potential clients food will be ready in 20 minutes and we’re waiting close to a hour
There should be some reparations for the false advertisement of Little Caesars
