Bento box is a hidden gem. I am almost tempted to not post how great they are so o doesn’t get packed with people. Every bit of food was delicious. The bento with shrimp teriyaki was my favorite. The rolls are outstanding and not too spicy. Seven our waitperson was on top of everything with excellent customer service.

We reserved a table for seven people (holiday gathering) and got seated in the private dining room, so it made the experience very secluded, comfortable and a nice surprise.
Service was excellent, they waited for all our party to be there before we ordered, brought out our drinks, even had the foresight to ask if the kid’s meal should be brought out right away. Everyone was paying separately which I know is more work for the staff to keep track of but they did an amazing job and were so accommodating.
The food was excellent with large portions. Comfortable chairs, great atmosphere, a nice separation of spaces and staff so friendly and patient.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone just looking for a lunch or planning a special dinner.

Finally, we tried this new-ish place in Folsom. The restaurant is spacious and the staffs are friendly. We came for Sunday lunch and were seated immediately. The sushi roll price is 50% off.
– California rolls: good. My kiddo finished it all.
– Shrimp tempura rolls: the tempura was crunchy and the sauce was good
– Korean fried chicken bowl (spicy): my favorite! The spicy sauce was so good. The chicken was crispy yet the meat inside was tender. They gave lots of chicken pieces.
– Tofu hot plate: it was okay and nothing special.

This is my 5th or 6th visit. Every time the food is on point. The place is always clean, even when it’s crowded.
The Sacramento roll is super excellent. I always make a point to ask for *thin slices* when ordering sushi.

Visited this restaurant from Dallas TX for family reunion. First of all the quality of foods is very nice. Spicy ramen, rolls and chicken are my favorites. Also I liked a side such as a cucumber pickle. Secondly the price range was reasonable. Lastly the staff has been friendly and welcoming. We will visit the place again next time.

I ordered the honey chicken bento box, and the chicken was: hot, moist, and a little bit spicy! It was delicious. The miso soup was very good for the price. The only thing that wasn’t great, was the standard Teriyaki chicken. The sauce [by preference] was not thick enough, and it wasn’t seasoned enough as well. Also, the Teriyaki chicken [when me and my family went there] was a little pink in the middle; not exactly ‘raw’, but it wasn’t hot to the touch upon eating it. The tempura batter was also a little thick. Oh! The ahi tuna salad was pretty good!

This is one of my top places to go to when visiting Folsom. I came here a few times for dinner dates and it was perfect every time. The price is fair for the portions and always done right. Customer service is kind and always there to assist. :). Definitely a must for family and friends.

Sushi was decent, but the bento box was disappointing. Small salad (drawing was good), no miso soup, overcooked and frost-bitten salmon (fried)! Don’t recommend.
Ordering the bento box was too complicated, opinions were all over the place, and no ‘real’ lunch special.
The sushi menu was disorganized, making you flip back and forth to match the image to the menu description.
The staff is limited but nice.
Lastly, the check was not printed until it was paid, with no details to see what they are charging before charging your card.

Went in for the first time today to get lunch since I was in the neighborhood and it was recommended to me. I ordered the number three bento box which came with teriyaki chicken and California roll. The teriyaki chicken came out lukewarm. In the California roll came out ice cold. Even the rice was cold on the roll meaning it was made and then refrigerated until served. I questioned the server as when the chicken was made because it is not hot. She said she doesn’t know. So I asked to speak with the manager. She went and talked to the manager and came back and said we can make you more chicken. To which I responded this chicken needs to be kept at at least 135° since it wasn’t cooked fresh and I’m not sure if the chicken was cooked yesterday the day before. Too, which she responded the chicken was cooked this morning before we opened. I said ahh. So just be warned, they do not cook their bento boxes fresh. And sometimes they don’t even keep the chicken they cook in the morning, hot until lunchtime. I don’t play with food safety. I asked for the Manager a few more times. And the manager would not come and talk to me. They were using the waitress as they go between.

The portions are plentiful and so fresh and delicious. Love the different sushi rolls, we’ve tried 4 different ones and all were so good. Great drink menu also. This will be our number 1 stop whenever we are in Folsom!
