So disappointing when you ask for a pretzel crust and you get all of the way back to work and find a regular pepperoni pizza in the box. Girls in the store were super nice. Wings were great. Just need more attention to detail when it comes to pulling pizzas.

Placed two orders about 5 min apart. Showed up when they said the second order would be ready. Waited 15 min to be helped my first order was given to me. Paid for the second order and when the person went to get it it was gone they had given it to someone else. Tried starting the order over but like my other food was now getting cold. Didn’t even offer to discount my order. Told them I wanted a refund.

Came to pick up a to go order the lady working with purple hair was extremely rude. My pizza was ready and in the box by the counter, and instead of handing me my pizza so I could leave, she came up to the desk, told me someone would be with me, and then went to the back and made me watch her fill up 20 containers of sauce that didn’t pertain to my order, and took her sweet time instead of just handing me my pizza to be rude. No one ever answers the phone at this location. Maybe the staff should be trained on managing their time and customer service and they wouldn’t be so backed up all the time.

This place used to be pretty good. Anymore, though, it’s a guess whether the food will be decent. More often than not their online ordering will be down. The most recent issue I had was ordering a pizza right as they opened. I arrived and there was another customer in line. Apparently the credit card machine was down so neither of us could get our food. It ended up going to waste. One would think, since it was no fault of the customer’s, that they would be able to receive their food regardless. I guess it’s okay to waste a customer’s time so you don’t lose out on $10 for your subpar pizza.

I tried calling the Trenton location nine times to place an order the only response I got was that their voice box wasn’t set up to receive messages never could get through to place an order I gave up and I didn’t go this is not the first time it happens quite often

Be careful this restaurant will Swindell you in to downloading their app to get a buy one free coupon after you give them all your personal information. Then once you do that they don’t honor the coupon at all. I even spoke to the manager Matt and he said there was nothing he could do. He seemed like a nice guy but felt like the company definitely didn’t believe in customer service. So watch out they will take your information and send you ads all day long now but never honor thier coupons. Horrible experience.
