Ordered at 16.38 on a Sunday evening expecting it to come pretty quickly since they open at 16.30. Had to phone twice, each time being told ‘oh it’s on the way’. Order came at 18.40, driver didn’t even apologise!!
Lost a customer there. Absolutely disgusting treatment and giving the excuse that we live far away! Castleford to Knottingley is 15 mins, we paid the appropriate delivery fee charged to us on your website! Didn’t even try to make amends with us. Disgusting customer relations.
Your delivery drivers aren’t very nice as well. Had two occasions where a driver in particular was abusive towards myself and my husband over ordering because ‘we live too far away’. Get a grip. You’ve lost a loyal customer over lousy customer service and lack of urgency when delivering. Unbelievable 2hrs and 2 mins!!!

Really good mixed grill kebab, good quality doner meat, and even the basics like chips were nice. We only moved into the area last year and have tried loads of places for kebabs, this is defo a contender for the best.

Absolute shocking it’s taken 2 hours for our food to come which consisted of 2 kebabs an chicken strips an chips so how does that take 2 hours to cook, wen rang to enquire after an hr (usually there quick) to be told it was nrly done an they were busy then to be told it would be another 20 mins that came an went so rang again got told this time they were short on driver’s so it won’t be long again then rang again at nrly 10pm to be told it was on its way wen it finally arrived the food was cold can defin say won’t b ordering from here again wouldn’t mind ave used them for bout 2 yrs an never ad the problems we’ve ad the last 2 wkends !!!!!!

Never normally have any complaints about this company but ordered a meal deal (#6) and upon delivery the driver had no change which was strange given it was a cash paid order and then no cheesy chips which were requested when ordering and is supposed to be included in the deal.
