There were 3 fairly young ladies alone working on a Friday night, getting their butts handed to them, it was a good wait, but all the customers waiting were actually being decent human beings, and empathetic and understanding!! Those poor ladies were young and there didn’t seem to be an experienced manager on site to lead them. They were all stressed and busting their butts, they were digging themselves out of a “tailspin” and they were still giving us great customer service, and apologizing and even refunded a few that had waited so long.

Usually eat here a few times a month. Third time in as many weeks we ordered a pizza and crazy bread, with each time the pizza being terrible. We used to love the “hot and ready” but these last few times the pizza was very bad and crazybread so hard it probably was hours old. Pizza today was so hard and stale I couldn’t bite through it

Server was not at all friendly when I entered the store. Seemed annoyed that I was ordering pizza. Touched cash register and cell phone, scratched her head, then proceeded to put ungloved dirty hands into toppings to make pizzas. Pizza was not cut, so we had to wait to eat until we got home to realize pizza. I don’t have high expectations of little Caesars, but this was terrible.

Worst. Little Ceasers. Ever. Melissa the “manager” is rude and has zero customer service skills. They canceled my order 2 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered because they were out of one topping. Didn’t call, so after waiting an hour for our food it was canceled and when I called to complain she was rude, told me I could stick my complaint where the sun don’t shine and hung up on me.

Oxford, NC – I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered three “hot n ready” pepperoni pizzas and one “hot n ready” slices and sticks pizza. Waited 40 minutes!! Everyone else that came in was served immediately and were given pizzas out of the hot n ready box immediately. Except for one other guy in there that only ordered ONE “hot n ready” pizza, he also had to wait. The staff was rude, lazy, discriminating, and neglectful. The amount of “hot n ready” pizzas that went out that door for everyone else could’ve completed our order three times over. Would not recommend going here unless you enjoy being discriminated against and being made to wait for something that’s already ready. What I WOULD recommend, however, is an entire staff overhaul!!!

After waiting 10 minutes for our food, the wrong pizza was given to us. My 13 year old niece took the pizza back into the store to get it exchanged, when the worker handed my niece the correct pizza, my niece said “thank you!” And the worker very rudely said “goodbye.” In response. THEN we get home and the pizza was completely burnt to a crisp. We then had to turn back around and return to the store for the 3rd time. We walked in with the pizza and showed it to the worker. She rudely said “I can replace the pizza but I can’t give you a refund.” To that my response was “you are telling me.. that I drove all the way here and you’ve gotten the pizza wrong, then gave me a burnt one, and have been extremely rude, but I can’t get a refund?” The worker said “I guess I can call a manager but they won’t do it… it’s a corporate rule that there are no refunds” i said “I’ll wait while you call a manager.” She called the manager, gave me the refund then made me a new pizza WITH NO GLOVES. The cleanliness of the workers and the store could be improved. I love little ceasars and I hope this review gets acknowledged and the issues at this location get addressed.

Worst wings and pizza I have ever had, wings tasted raw and pizza was too cheesy. I made an online order and when I picked it up they gave me wrong pizza and I ordered three types of wings they gave me two types and ordered six sauces while they gave me two plus I ordered no pork on the pizza and they put sausage. Very terrible!!! First and last time I order from this Little Caesars, wish I can get every penny back for what I paid, wasn’t worth the food I ate. I am talking about Little Caesars in Oxford NC
