I do online orders for a single custom pizza each time I order and I don’t have a problem waiting, I really don’t. What I do have a problem with is that you don’t provide an accurate pick up time so I can wait at home and leave close to that time. Absolutely no one wants to sit in their car waiting the whole time. Think I am going to go back to ordering from the other location in town.

This location has a sign on the front window that says hot and ready think crust between 4-8. It is now 5pm and they just told us they do not have any pepperoni or any type of think crust ready at all. This is not the first time this has happened. If you’re not going to do it then don’t advertise it!!

If I could give less than one star, I would. Called and ordered the fanceroni pizza. Told 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting 50 minutes, we were told it would be “right out”. Ten minutes later, we decided to get our money back and leave. Suddenly our pizza was ready. A woman with kids came in 25 minutes after us with a special order and she (and others) got served before we were. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Worst experience ever.

Lady taking order was rude didn’t, care to work with any urgency, line at drive thru was out on the street. I went inside and stood for 5 min b4 she asked what I’d like, but very snappy. I’ve never had friendly service at this location, I’ve traveled way out the way to another to avoid this one.

Not enough workers for one. Secondly when 1 worker would walk in you would see another sneak out the back and go across the street to UDF. Took 20 minutes over the alloted time to recieve my items.

There’s no AC at this location and the workers are still doing incredible. I always go to little Caesars when they have the pretzel crust pizza and it did NOT disappoint

You get what you pay for. This place run’s its business on cheap takeout pizzas. If you set your expectations understanding this, you’ll be impressed. It’s fast, cheap and tastes decent. If you have kids and need to grab a quick dinner, it’s hard to beat. Pepperoni>sausage>cheese

Placed a order at 5:30 and another 5 min later got there and they lost one of the pizzas stood there til 6:45 when I get home I find they put nasty parmesan on my stuff crust pizza and I called to make sure no one was new and accidentally putting Parmesan cheese on all the pizza only to be met with rude remarks and they gave me a free soda so they are not replacing the pizza I went off because I didn’t want a free pizza I was just trying to correct a situation these people are rude and no caring, unorganized because it’s not the first or fifth time they lost my pizza but the first time I waited that long they need there corporate office to come help them get it right

Food was not hot and ready…. we showed up at around 830 to order pizza. The guy in front of us ordered 1 pizza. We ordered 2. It’s now past 9 pm and we are still waiting. Call in advance unless you want to wait for them to have your food ready.
