Waited over 30 mins for what was supposed to be hot and ready pizzas. Finally got them went to the park with the kids to have pizza and discovered there was no sauce on the pizzas qnd the where cut all weird. Won’t be going back there and would recommend that they either train their people better or get a new crew.

Pizza is good but you always have to wait 20 to 40 minutes for a pizza even the hot and ready is NEVER hot and ready!
We got a pretzel crust pizza today and we had to wait over 20 minutes just for it. Also their bread sticks are not worth what you pay for them!! They are small and scrawny!!! I also ordered chicken wings and they was covered in chicken feathers I haven’t been back.

This is the sorriest little Caesar’s I have ever been to. I placed an online order 45 minutes prior to picking it up. Set it to be done at 5:30. I get there at said time and my order isn’t ready. Was told it would be another 15 minutes. Went back and my order was still not ready. Was nearly after 6:00 before I got my food. Also one of the workers who was handling food came to the register, handled money, ran her fingers through her hair. Then went and continued on making food with the same gloves on. This isn’t my first mishap with this place either. Back in August, I ordered one of the fanceroni pepperoni pizzas. The pizza I got was a joke. See picture.

They need to remove delivery as an option if im gonna order two days in a row just to wait 3 hours for them to cancel the order. I have no means of transport and was looking forward to my first food in like a week. Absolutely ridiculous. I know they go through doordash but I used the little ceasers app. If theres no drivers here block it out as an option so im not wasting my money

Ordered a thin crust & crazy bread combo at 5:58pm app said my pizza was in the oven. So I get there at 6:45pm the place looks empty , once I walk in the employees scatter like roaches & the kid tells me they waiting on crazy bread. So I knew something was up, I opened my pizza to see it was burnt , not only that, my crazy bread was burnt .the app said the pizza would be ready by 6:31-6:36pm.
There is horrible management of this place . It’s obvious the workers here care as much about the quality of food they provide to customers as they do their own hygiene. This is the 3rd time a thin crust has been burnt and served to me after I have already paid for it only. It’s like they serve OLD PIZZA here. The thin crust was lukewarm at best. These employees are totally undertrained

Mother’s Day pizza was a strike out! All I wanted all week was pretzel pizza, mistake. Was so under baked and soggy. I would not even eat the crust. My husband got burnt trying to serve it because it was not cut right. So soggy everything slid off as the crust went limp in the center.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure the employee was new, so I’ll dismiss the issues there. Had to request the rest of my order once it was handed out, then pay a second time for the remaining items. However, he apologized multiple times, to which I replied, “No problem.” The food was great, though! Recommended location.
