So much for supporting small businesses. I tried to buy a soda with my card and when my son got there she told him she’s not giving it to him. I called customer service on beyond menu to get a refund and the representative was like why did they do that? I got my money back though never coming back again

Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
My children and their grandmother were simply ordering fries when the man working there started cleaning the fans directly over the food. When their grandmother calmly said, “not over the food,” he completely lost it—cussed her out in front of the kids, calling her all kinds of names.
This was an elderly woman just trying to protect her grandkids from eating dusty food, and instead she was verbally attacked in a place we were giving our business to.
This kind of disrespect is beyond unprofessional.
This place doesn’t deserve your money until that man learns how to talk to people—and how to act like a human being. Real customers, real families, deserve better than verbal abuse and dusty food.

Delivery was fast and the crab rangoons were good. Problem was the kung pao chicken tasted and looked nothing like typical kung pao chicken. It wasn’t spicy and it was very reminiscent of a type of “chicken with mixed vegetables dish” or “hunan chicken” with a garlicy type sauce with just some peanuts thrown in. I also was informed that chow mein is not in fact stir-fried noodles but instead vegetables and pork. It’s sad that they got two staples from typical chinese restaurants wrong.

I NEVER leave a review, byt I thought this would be a good place to start. I JUST moved into the area so I Had to try some of My favorite food, CHINESE FOOD. The only reason they get 2 stars on food is because the steak and cheese egg roll was actually decent enough. I was VERY disappointed with the rest of the experience. There was a man and woman in front. The lady seems nice, but the man acts like he is better than others and very rude. I don’t believe he can cook either Or pay attention for that matter. I said NO VEGGIES on my shrimp fried rice because I hate big chunks of onions. Not only were there onions, they did NOT clean the shrimp Correctly. They left the black disgusting vein or waste inside of it. I also ordered chicken and broccoli which was Not cooked properly. Even though I Said NO BROCCOLI there was and it was too hard/tough and chicken seemed too chewy and raw in some areas. NO Flavor. I guess people settle for anything when they are desperate. So sad.

Ordered shrimp fried rice from them yesterday and it was horrible. No carrots or Peas just a couple onions and about 6 or 7 shrimp. Plus it had no favor at all. I don’t have a car right now so I’m restricted on where I can go. The eggrolls are nasty too. If it wasn’t for their convenient location they’d be out of business. Save your money.

I ordered 4 wings with lomein. That totaled about 15 dollars. It was not a big plate and the lomein had no vegetables at all, just plain noodles. I added a drink and my total was 17 dollars for my lunch. I really felt this was overpriced. The chicken was a little undercooked, but it was ok. The mumbo sauce is not too good. There aren’t alot of good chinese restaurants in the area, so i gave them a try, however, I won’t be back.

Not worth the your time or hard earned money! They’re over priced and the food quilty sucks, you’d do way better cooking your own food. But the main reason I’m even leaving a review is because the obvious disdain the lady had for someone simply giving them service(me). She was very rude, simple mannerisms isn’t a thing for this establishment.

I have been coming here for years due to the convenience of it being in walking distance from my apartment. The service here is subpar and getting worse every time I come. the food food is average again I only eat from here every once and while due to how easy it is for me to pick up. The issue I have is with the prices I purchased a cheese burger totaling to just a little below $8 for a single cheese burger I wanted a extra slice of cheese and my jaw dropped when I was told that that would a extra $1.25 knowing they use the cheapest sliced cheese so I passed on that knowing I got some at home. When I arrived home and started to eat the food was terrible. The prices at this location keep going up the service keeps getting worse it’s a miracle they are still in business. The only reason it’s still open is because there are no other carryouts near this apartment complex. I hope they address these issues and go back to the way things where in the golden age. If you been here for a while like I have you remember how great the food and service was when Wendy was here.
