I ordered my wings, all flats, I PAID for all flats and 3/5 of my wings were drums?? Food was cold, and my fries weren’t even half way full. I also paid for a honey mustard that they forget to give me so when I had to go back in for the sauce a worker tried to accuse me of lying about not having the sauce… Overall very unsatisfied with the service given to me and I expected more. This location used to be good but now all these workers I don’t recognize make me regret coming to this location every time.

Those wings are suppose to be mild wings. That large fries have no seasoning at all when ordered extra seasoning. When I called for my money back they said the sauce is on the bottom, the bottom is oil.

After a wild online ordering experience, James and his team definitely came through. I was not too nice on the phone with my frustration and James kept an impressive level of cool throughout the whole ordeal, especially considering none of the problems were on his end or in his control. Not a lot of folks are as professional as James and I’m grateful for his patience with me. He genuinely wanted to resolve the situation. The food was 100% fire and I highly recommend this location for sure! Thank you again!

This place has tasteful food however I feel it is not cleaned regularly. Early in the evening my feet are sticking to the floor and the tables are poorly wiped if at all. I don’t feel like it is a clean environment for food preparation regardless of the taste.

Order was not complete. I called to let me know and waited 6 minutes and then they said I needed to bring my order back to them so I can prove to them they forgot an order of cheese fries. Worst customer service. Why would you want to eat cold food just to prove they messed up. Then manager hung up on me. Way to go wing stop. Reminder to check you order before you leave. Never again.
