My order was pretty easy. Delivery time was good. Although, when the order arrived, I asked the driver where the sauce I ordered and paid extra for was. He said it was in the boxes. I opened each box in front of the driver; no sauce. Also, the pizza was impossible to describe. Look at the picture posted. The driver just walked off. I called customer service. They said they could not remake or refund me based on my profile. Like, what? Over the years, I have had only one claim from an order I never received.

Service was bad at best. Rude workers, denied to give the free cookies for kids.
Said they didn’t do that. Which is funny because every other location does.
Plus the big man behind the counter was rude to the individual who ask for the cookies for his kids

I had an issue with The order that I placed and received from them last week. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me that he wrote my name down for me to call back when I was ready to place my order. So I just tried to do that and was told by a different manager that my name was never written down in a book or anywhere for a make up order at all, so I am highly aggravated and frustrated

Food is great at least when you get it at a certain time of the day, customer service is terrible. Bunch of teenagers with no manners (mind you I’m in my early 20s) and they take so long to get your order in especially when the lines get long and it gets crowded. Overall I appreciate the place being clean and them actually trying on the food but it would be nice for people there to be more compassionate towards their customers.

I won’t buy pizza here again. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with onions. All of the pepperoni was on one side, and the onions were on the other. The pizza was also undercooked. I spoke with the manager and they made another pizza. The toppings were distributed better but the pizza was still undercooked. If you want to get sick,buy your pizza here.

Just make sure it done all the way and cuts are clean. FYI clean cut means to cut the pizza all the way through. And always seems to never have cheese sauce and zap-packs

I went inside to place my order approximately 30 minutes prior to closing. The workers were all on task. The young lady attending to the counter was very polite and mannerly. My specialty pizza was ready in 5 minutes. She bid me a good evening and I felt that her sentiment was genuine. It was the most pleasant experience I can remember having whilst picking up carry-out.

I ordered pepperoni pizza with onions and green pepper and crazy bread today. Feb 26,22. Picked up in store and when i got home this is what it looked like. My crazy bread was also raw inside. Very unacceptable no matter how busy. They would not answer their phones for over three hours and finally gave up. I will never order from them again.
