This is the strangest Review have had to write because it is so Strange experience. Food was great service was great restaurant was great So what could go wrong. Well have been sick for Two weeks all started after eating there two weeks ago. Had the Gyro beef so not sure what is going on . I really hate to give such a low review because the guy worked on the counter was great and I really liked the biscuit, but I let them know that the last time I got a shriveled up piece of chicken on my biscuit and asked for a decent piece of chicken and still ended up with this tiny littlepiece. It doesn’t even cover the biscuit. I’m really happy the biscuit. It’s so delicious, but you guys should really start putting a whole piece of chicken to cover the biscuit.

Oh my God, I have never been treated so amazingly than the way I did when I went to the Arby’s the two gentlemen at the drive-through are incredible
About a small acts of kindness that make a huge difference in someone’s life I know it’s just a restaurant, but these people are amazing. I feel bad I didn’t get their names. One guy had a rose tattooed on his face and then the other gentleman has a white beard. They know who they are. They are amazing.

I ordered a deluxe burger. The meat was undercooked. I complained, and they said that’s the normal cooking method. I’ve never seen a place that sells something with raw meat and claims it’s normal.

Well. The young man who took my order was awesome. The young man who handed my food to me was awesome… but, before the young man handed me my food, I heard him ask the kitchen, if they made the sandwiches correct. I ordered 2 fish add tomatoe.. they told him yes. Needless to say, they did not make the sandwiches correct. As a truck driver, I can’t just turn around and go back to get it fixed properly. Your kitchen staff needs honest people when asked a direct question. If you want to know the order number it is order id # aaef7mvgaccx at 3:55 pm on 4/6/25. Do better.

First, drive through was shut down. Ugh.
Terrible work ethics. We waited 12 minutes for our food. There was some boy, about 10-12 yrs old, son of one of the ladies working, step brother to to cashier. Lids were laying on counter, about 20 of them, and this boy, Skylar Hunter, (we all knew his name, after Cashier said it twenty times), was playing with them. Cashier kept yelling at him, also yelling to the back to his mom, to come take care of him, that he wasn’t listening. At one point, kid stood infront of register, and wouldn’t move. People were waiting in line to give their order. Cashier did throw away the lids, placed more out, and kid Skyler, picked up that bag of lids and was dragging it everywhere. I actually spoke up once, at the kid, and told him to move.
Two stars, only because the food was ok. We will never return.
