First of all I don’t think you can leave a review with out rating a star but definitely -0000 stars. I will be getting in contact with corporate. Definitely somebody higher up than these people. They have no business working in customer service. NONE of them. Can’t even get orders right, don’t know how to talk to people, say they will fix your food when it’s wrong(which it most certainly will be without a doubt) then just LITERALLY give you left overs. 4 pieces of pizza and a couple cheese sticks. We order more than that. Smh. We were treated like strays and it’s honestly just gross and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went in on August 4th 2022 they charged me the wrong price so I went it to correct it the manager that was there said she refunded my money back to my card and rang it up right the money is still not back on my card and it’s now it’s October! I had to borrow money from my daughter to pay for our pizza because the other money was never refunded! I called to talk to a manager and she said she couldnt look that far back so she would have the higher up manager text me! Text what happened to calling???? I paid for two orders and got one order and the money is still not refunded! Be careful when using credit cards they will steal money from you!

Slow and incompetent. Shady business practices. This location Never has hot-n-ready pizzas available, but conveniently Always has the more expensive version waiting in the racks. Maybe corporate should be contacted since the whole concept of hot-n-ready is being completely ignored by this location in order to force upsells for more money.

I’m giving 4 stars for the quality of the food and not the speed of it being made. I was on my motorcycle and stopped to place an order. I told the girl I was going to get some gas and would he right back. Figured my order would he done when I returned. Nope. Manager told me I had to pay before it could be made. Took about 15 minutes to make my food. Should have been ready. No issues with my food. No one was rude.

Very slow, if you want to wait 20-30 mins might as well go somewhere with better pizza. Manager was rude when asked how long it would take after waiting 15 mins. The drive thru was a priority over walks in. No hot and ready pizza when they are suppose to have them between 4-8.

Ordered at 12:16 was told it would be 8-10 minutes and to pull around. Ordered 4 hot and readys. I have been waiting 40 minutes. Had I not already paid I would’ve let. However everyone else around us that ordered after us has received their order and left.

In drive thru for 10 mins as the employees seen me and kept saying we will be right there with you. Then waited and watched people after me get served and waited about 30 to 35 mins total to get a hot n ready 5 dollar pizza. Def need new managment and more people.

Never “hot and ready” pull up to the drive thru and order 1 pepperoni pizza and cheese bread and your told 10-15 min wait and to pull around front. Which really means 20-25 minutes later they will bring you their “hot and ready” pizza.
