Absolutely horrible customer service!! I ordered a pizza online, the same pizza that I have ordered for maybe 8 years now, & it came undercooked with toppings missing. I called to speak to a manager, waited 10 minutes on hold & still didn’t get anyone. My husband called & got through to a woman. I attempted to let her know that the pizza was basically raw & missing toppings & all she kept repeating with the worst attitude ever was, “How is it raw? It goes through an oven.” I told her I don’t know, but the pizza is raw. She then put me on hold & didn’t come back to the phone. We have been calling for a while now & they won’t answer. Thin crust pizza should be crisp, not floppy & doughy. I have pics showing how floppy/ raw the pizza is & pics of it being cooked in my oven. When you pay over $30 with a tip for one pizza to be delivered, you expect it to be right. My husband had to put the pizza in our oven just to make it edible. After 12 or more years of being a loyal customer, I won’t be ordering from there again unless they get different management.

Only thing impressive is how hard people work to NOT work.
I placed a PICK UP order almost an hour before close, it was confirmed. I show up 1145 5 mins after I’m told it’s ready… for the cashier to conveniently tell me her ovens are off and the person who sped out of the parking lot “showed your name to me and I gave them your order”
If you don’t want to make the order, take accountability and call the customer and cancel the order.
Terrible service, attitude and loss of a new customer indefinitely.

11JAN26 ~ The people that happen to be working the day you go to a fast-food place often determines how you feel about your meal. That is certainly the case on this occasion.
Look at the attached pictures! I ordered a three meat pizza but there was almost NO meat on my three-meat pizza. The maker just took a half a handful of meat items & threw it in a pile just off center of the pizza. About half of the pizza had no meat because it was all piled up in one place. This was NOT accidental. It was on purpose. You have got to hire better people to do anything close to an acceptable job!
I do not know what else the maker did to my pizza, but I got three meals out of the pizza & had GI issues afterwords all three times.

Great pizza every time, thank-you. No place is perfect, but this Papa John’s usually does an outstanding job. Most of their employees are pleasant & helpful. They are a little pricier than the competition across the street but when I want the best I call Papa John’s.

This place is NORMALLY PRETTY DECENT. BUT iv found that here lately quality has dipped (at least on delivery) its been taking close to an hour or longer for pizza me personally have gotten two cold pizzas in the last two weeks. But anyway Today i ordered a New York Style Pep Pizza well done. NGL IT LOOKED AMAZING WHEN IT ARRIVED…IT WAS JUS COLD.(LIKE NO WARMTH ON THE BOX COLD)

I ordered to large pizzas one pepperoni and one with pepperoni, bacon, onions, peppers and pineapple and that one had mostly onions and peppers on it. Barely had any pepperoni or bacon.

My elderly mother ordered 3 pizzas from Papa John’s in Terrytown, one which they sent the wrong order. AND… as we waited for the pizza to be delivered, 15 minutes after they were supposed to deliver them, my brother checked outside and they were set on the front porch on the ground. No door knock, no bell rung. After seeing the wrong order, my mother called to complain and the employee literally said, “Well, that’s what was written down.” When my mom insisted that it wasn’t what she ordered, THEY HUNG UP ON HER!!! Total disrespect and totally unprofessional!! Just plain RUDE!!!! We’ll take our business elsewhere from now on!

Worst papa John’s, ordered the Tuscan 6 cheese pizza and bread sticks, way to much garlic and overcooked. I ordered this all the time in Virginia doesn’t even look like it should. I will not be going back.

They are accepting orders but aren’t giving them to us and the sign says “open” when it really isn’t. There are three Ubers here all having to cancel their orders because of it being “closed”.

Ordered delivery on a busy Saturday night. The DoorDash driver had forgotten a couple items from my order, but the manager Joyce took care of it for me! She was very helpful and put the missing items in the oven for them to be hot when I picked up. 10/10! Will definitely be ordering from here again.
