The guys were working hard and very nice. But I think management is trash. Pizza was undercooked, when I would try to get a slice it will rip apart. Plus It took 45min for a plain cheese and an order of cheese sticks on a carryout order??? These big companies need a wakeup call. THIS IS FOOD THAT PEOPLE COMSUME. if your negligent people will get sick!! Never again will I come back nor do I advise anyone to go there.

2 and a half hours later….still no pizza. They said 1h delivery, then an hour and a half. When i called at 2h and said our pizza would be cold, Lady that answered hung up on me after saying no it wont. 2h and 20 min later, they call us and say they wont be delivering our order. Their only options were to come get it ourselves for 40% off OR 25% off our next order OR a full refund of our $60 order. Why is that an OR option and not an AND option. Nobody should have to wait almost 2.5h for a pizza order that you said was on its way 3 times.

Me and my brother came in today (6/22/21) at about 12:20. I had my service dog with me. I’ve previously gone into different pizza shops with her, and was either kicked out or harassed. Both employees there were incredible! We had a nice talk about laws, some struggles with service dogs, etc. The food came out quickly and was delicious. To you two, thank you so much! Thank you for knowing the laws. You’re both amazing!

Walked in. Before I could get my foot across the threshold good someone from the back yells “I’m closed!” Even though door was unlocked and it was 30 minutes before posted closing time. She then claimed that they closed at 9:30 although the door was unlocked. Haven’t tried papa John’s in a long time. Reminded me of why I stopped ordering from them.
