I love Little Caesars but my visit was not good at all. A male took my order. He was polite. I ordered a pepperoni and a cheese pizza. I opened the boxes to check the pizzas before I left. The pepperoni was definitely fresh but the cheese was not. It also was missing a big spot of cheese and had a bell pepper on it. It was in a brown box that read 2:47. It was 2:52. I wasn’t sure if that was a discard time or when it was made but it absolutely couldn’t have been when it was made. I asked the young man for another one and he said 15 minutes. I waited in my car for ten and came back in to wait. A few moments later the male employee handed me my order and the other guy before me his. I looked at mine and to my surprise it was the same dried up old cheese pizza in a different box..same little nasty bell pepper on it,same spot of cheese missing. I asked for the manager and told her the issue. She claimed it wasn’t the same pizza but it most definitely was. My pepperoni pizza was hotter than the cheese pizza but the cheese pizza had supposedly just came out of the oven. I would have taken a refund and been done but the fact that she lied about it. I am on a fixed income and this was a treat to my children. I had to take my business elsewhere because this was ridiculous. I also asked for a number to contact who was over her. She said she didn’t know and tried to give me the store number. I never thought it could be that serious to lie like that. Just apologize and do better…

I recently went here and ordered the stuffed crazy bread took 2 bites and found mold inside of 2 of the 3 pieces. I did get a refund but feel like I should share my experience so others can check their food before they eat it because this could make people very sick

Over all they are friendly and the pizza is usually hot. I like being able to order online and use discount codes. The last few times I have ordered I have not received a confirmation email to pick up with at portal but when I walk in they address the in the poral and ready. They told me that their system has been messing up so I guess it’s not their fault. Sometimes the pizzas are made poorly or cut very poorly. Sometimes I go back inside and asked them to recut it because I have 6 children and I need even slices. Here is a picture of the pizzas from yesterday and I felt like it could have been cut better and the cheese one really could have had a little bit more cheese or just had it more evenly distributed. We order a lot from this place for all sorts of activities. Just improve a bit and it will be a 5 star rating.

Went right in got a hot and ready , but people been waiting for awhile to get their special ordered pizzas. Took me only 5 minutes if that , recommend to everybody!! It was good and fresh too!!

Sent my daughter in for Cheese Bread and Cheese puffs today and they took her order wrong then had her wait …. Me and my mom waited in the car as several ppl came and went with their orders …. I understand that ppl do have online orders but she was told it would be 10 minutes and she had already paid . We waited over 20 so I got out of the car and go in to ask why was it taking so long only to have the lady give her the wrong thing when what she actually ordered was sitting in the oven shelf behind her before I even came in the door. My daughter is a teen but small and I felt like they were serving others over her because she wasn’t going to fuss. The lady in the front wasn’t the one to take the order and she did give us what we actually wanted in the end but it was to hot today to wait that long and on other occasions I have come to this same location and they mess up orders, cut pizza terribly, or are just plain rude. I don’t usually leave comments but today was not the day. Do better . The Ellisville location has mostly college and high schooler and they always do a better job anytime I’ve ever been there.

we asked for crazy bread extra crazy ( and explained what that meant which is extra Parmesan and butter, we was willing to pay the extra I even told her) well it was not extra anything and the worst crazy bread I’ve ever had! the pizza was not extra pepperoni like it supposed to be on the extra bestest and the dough on the pizza was not fully cooked! mind u we ordered 4 pizza it was the worst!! I would never recommend this lil ceasers

I wish I could give a zero star. It had went down hill. There was a female that is still working there that was eating meat and cheese off the pizza and touched her shoes and floor with no gloves on. She never washed her hands in-between doing one task to another. It was nasty and unprofessional. I canceled my order and left.
