Needed three dozen “mini” donuts (they were still huge) for a birthday party. Christina was excellent to work with and put in the time to really understand what it was we were looking for. Flexible and creative while communicating clearly about limitations. Price was great for what we got, and everyone loved them!

Could not sleep the other night so I got in my car at 530am to get here at 7am opening. Walked in to a bright, clean establishment and was immediately greeted warmly by three women behind the counter. I explained it was my first time here and wanted to try one of every February special, and I had 6 others I had seen from their online menu I had picked out as well. Paid and drove almost 2 hours back home where we 1/4d each donut for family testing. Immediately we all gave each other that look that these were hands down the best donuts we’ve ever had. (Apologies to my local spots). I will say with certainty that the cinnamon roll was in another galaxy. Nothing to compare to, give it the crown now, because I dont think ill ever have another one taste this good in my life time. Brownie batter donut… incredible. The creme brulee was phenomenal. Each donut shined in its own spotlight for sure and was the star of the show for its individual tasting. Another thing I wanted to note, may seem minor, but I was impressed with the packaging. The quality of the box was sturdy and felt of a thicker material than say a dunkin box for a dozen. All details put together that make this the Mike Tyson of donut shops. Legendary. First experience is everything in today’s ever changing landscape and Basic Batch Donuts really crushed it on my first experience. Bravo. Even though it is a hike, I will be back! Thank you!

Cute donut place, their breakfast sandwiches kick ass as well as their coffee. Their doughnuts are big and the flavors are usually seasonal. They rock. Solid performance out of them. Love their cinnamon buns too – It’s like the size of a toddlers head.

The donuts were excellent! The apple cider was my favorite, it was so soft. We also got the glazed, cinnamon sugar, pumpkin, apple filled, and Boston cream.

It’s a chill donut place in Milford/ Franklin area. I haven’t seen any other specialized donut shops around here. I believe the closest one is the duck donuts in Walpole. The selection is not overwhelming here. I tried the honey glazed and the chocolate cake. The chocolate cake was really good. Basically a darn good chocolate cake with a sugar glaze. The honey glazed was good. But I felt it was bit too sweet. Well that’s me. Someone else might like it. Anyway this is a good place and I’ll be back.

I’ve tried this place a couple of times and have been disappointed both times. Donuts have a weird texture and taste from any other donut I’ve had. (and I’ve eaten a lot of donuts)
Some people may like them, but they’re not for me. Definitely look better than they taste and for $50/dozen you’re better off going to Dunkin.

This place is great – donuts do sell out quickly so whenever I want a limited flavor I make sure I arrive as early as possible (usually when I’ve gone within 1.5 hours of opening I get whatever I want, but this changes day to day). Donuts are fabulous, as well as the specialty coffees. In my opinion things are reasonably priced for what they offer, and it’s worth organizing my schedule to make it here early.

This donut shop is fantastic! The donuts are huge fluffy and absolutely delicious. Great coffee and menu options with fun seasonal donuts that keeps things exciting. My personal favorites are the Boston cream and the French Cruller donuts. Highly recommend stoping by.

This was my first time here. My daughter has been here and she wanted to show me the place. It’s small inside, it had 2 small tables and a bar along the front window with about 6 or 7 stools. There were a couple of tables in front outside. And a few other tables outside at the end of the building that I’m assuming was for them and the other 2 food shops.
I ordered a hot decaf coffee that was very good, it’s very hard to find good decaf. My daughter had some fancy iced coffee that she enjoyed. We shared a coffee roll, and a couple of bites of their pumpkin chocolate chip cookie. Both were very delicious. We got there late in the morning and there wasn’t much of a variety, the girl said they were very busy earlier.
I also bought 2 doggie donuts for my dog. She loved them!

Their donuts are absolutely delicious! It’s hard to go wrong here. The monthly specials are super fun, but they also make an excellent glazed donut and fantastic apple fritters. I love stopping by because the employees seem to genuinely care about their customers, and my dogs love it because they know that they’re getting a treat, too! Basic Batch is also great at communicating their hours, specials, what’s left, etc. on social media – it’s so easy to know when they are open and what’s available!
