Sorriest place I have ever been in. Service was slow. We waited over 30 minutes for our food which was soggy. Employees were not friendly st all and had to ask for our receipt 3 times before we ever got our food. If they can do no better than this, they need to shut down ASAP.

Awful! Waited OVER AN HOUR for my online order. One of the workers yelled and cussed the whole time. Finally got my order (some of it was already cool) and never got a smile, a thank you for waiting, sorry for the wait, nothing! I’ll be using Dominoes from now on and will never use this awful place again.

To be honest I was reluctant about getting pizza here because every other Little Caesars I have been too was like cardboard and gritty. But this one seemed busy and it was open to go in to order. We were very surprised because the pizza was awesome and the fact the employees were very friendly and courteous as well. Thank you for the great pizza!!

The service completely sucks. They wanted exact change. Cashier was rude. When I said I can’t take this an asked for my money she told me not to come back. WOW! Pizza hut can’t cook now lil ceasers don’t know what a bank is. Exact change lol Domino’s it is.

Placed an order last Saturday night 5-2-2020 using the app and it said my order would be ready between 8:45-8:50 pm. When I arrived there around quarter til 9 the whole place was dark and no one was there. I found out that their hours had changed because of the pandemic going on but the app still let my order go through. I called the next morning a little after 10:30 and told the lady at the store what happened. I said that I’d like to get a refund since I never got the order. She said she’d didn’t think they could do that at the store but perhaps online but she’d ask the manager and call me back. She never called me back and I called several more times with no answer. I tried to contact their support website and left a response but have not heard nothing from there either. It’s not so much the money I spent for nothing that I’m upset about, it’s the principal of it that no one cared enough to try and make things right. For the record, they still processed my payment even though I never got any pizza!

Walked in store to team members horseplaying. The open sign was off. Their card machine was broken. Employees were in the back saying they were closed as new customers were walking in. Store was disgustingly dirty. The ceiling looked like it had multiple water leaks. Very disappointing visit probably won’t be eating here for a long time until they get their stuff straightened out.
