A few weeks ago I left my phone sitting on the counter and left. The lady behind me picked it up by mistake and left. The phone was brought back and the young lady behind the counter went above and beyond to orchestrate my reunion with my phone. She had blonde hair and glasses and was very sweet. If I could give a negative 10 I would. Ordered online at 1 pm for my husband to pick up after work at 5:30 pm. He arrived and nothing was ready. Called and supposedly spoke to a manager who was rude and had nothing but excuses why my order was not complete and tried to blame me for their mistake, and hung up on me. Called back to see what was going on and get a refund got hung up on again. Would not recommend them EVER while under current management.

I love the automatic machine they have that keeps your food warm until you pick it up.
It did take a few minutes longer, but I placed the order around dinner time.
We had buffalo chicken wings, the new pepperoni puffs, a pepperoni pretzel crust pizza and something else.

The poorest customer service. I walked in order a hot and ready pizza, they didn’t have any ready, but Tyler B. That took my order stated that they could have it ready in 10 minutes. Fine dandy I paid for it($7.17), ran across the street got gas came back. I lean into the door, dude is stacking pizza boxes, messing with the trash can. I tell in ask how long until the Upchurch order would be done (thinking the girl working with him might be cutting it) he literally does what our 1 year old does “HUH?” pulling an ear bud out of his ear where he’s listening to music instead of working. He then looks and just puts our pizza into the oven. By this time I am seeing RED. I have a crying 1year old that is expecting pizza, and been busy on the road half the day. So I tell him “OH NO I WANT A REFUND.” it’s 8:34pm by this time I am getting madder by the minute with a screaming baby in my ear. No apologies or anything like I’m the bad person for wanting a refund. The boy(not a man by any means!) Goes get the girl and she does the refund. I informed her I would not be back! I feel bad for the girl she’s probably had to fix his ignorance all evening. Pictures of my receipts for time stamps.

This is the best Little Ceasers. I am from Knoxville. This one out does all of them in Knoxville.
The oven roasted wings actually seasoned really well. The sauce wings have a great amount of sauce and flavor. The pizza is loaded with toppings. Prefect amout of sauce. Cooked to protection.
