Saw all the bad reviews and should’ve listened. No one was at the register the first five minutes or so with the lobby completely empty. Finally got my order taken of 10 wings in desert heat with ranch. The wings looked good but when I went to eat them they had a weird taste to them even with the desert heat seasoning. I only received one ranch for ten wings which was fine since I tossed the whole thing. And since when does B Dubs blast Christian radio. Save your money, there’s better wing in this town. BWW is usually good but not this location

Will never eat here again. Tried ordering a 17.95 boneless bundle online. Only problem was there was not a place to add to the cart. Called in my order. Went to pick it up and added two Pepsis. The order total was $35 and some change. When asked about the difference I was told the prices are only for online orders. Nowhere does this say that, at least not in planin site. Asked to speak to the manager. Already was. Asked for the owners info and was given a name but no contact info. Got home. Wings were cold. Prices are high enough. Good customer service would have been appreciated.

Worst BWW I’ve been to. Very unprofessional staff. If their headquarters knew how the employees ran this place, they would shut it down. Not wanting to be so negative but if the staff and manager wasnt so clueless and rude to customers, maybe they shouldn’t have worked in customer service. Will not return and will sure tell people to not do the same. Corporate really needs to do a check on this location.

I am writing this review as I am on my way back to BW3 to pick up food that they left out of my order. This is the second time this has happened to us. And it’s not like I live close and can just run down the street and pick it up. When I called the store to advise them of the issue the only option I was given was that I can come and pick the food up now, or I can come get it at some later time. How hard is it to check the bag to make sure your customers food is actually in the bag? I just picked the food up. Do you think they made the food fresh or let my forgotten order to set and get cold? Your right. They just let it set and get even more cold. I do not recommend this place.

Don’t eat in unless you want to listen to loud Christian radio with pastors begging for money. Very strange with dinner. Asked about it and was told that they were owned by a pastor. Not surprised that in this economy, a pastor can still afford to open a restaurant. So so strange and we won’t be back.

I really like this location! I went in and ordered some traditional wings and fries and everything came out fresh. Service was good. The process was simple. They have a TV screen in there, once you place your order, your to-go name will appear on the screen. They have numbered locker system beneath it. Once your food is done they place it in a locker and the TV tells you which one is yours. Fast and convenient system. I like the To Go aspect because I’m a pretty messy eater with wings and want them at home, so this works perfectly with me. Glad Henderson has a buffalo wild wings that’s adapted to food on the go.

We ate here today around 1130am for lunch. We were traveling through so It was the first time we’ve been to this location. Admittedly, we didn’t know what was/wasn’t available. The cashier wasn’t happy to answer our questions and seemed quite impatient. I probably would not come back unless they started offering kid meal options. The cashier acted like we were crazy for asking if they had any burgers smaller than a 1/2 lb double cheeseburger.

I went to Buffalo wild wings and things to pick up my order. They fixed the order 20 them and pepper wings bone in I got home. The wings was white like they have not been in the deep fryer and I asked him would you eat this the skin was still raw The person whoever it was was very rude did not Recook The order he just took the order and walked to the back. Ordered online last night, May 9th. It showed an hour to be ready. Went at a little over an hour and there were ppl standing everywhere. The young lady at the counter was overwhelmed as they were so far behind on orders. I politely asked to cancel my order as I was about to leave town. She didn’t know how and said they didn’t have a manager to do that. Her co-worker walked up and was just as overwhelmed, saying they didnt expect this many on a Friday night. Not their fault at all. So, I currently have a $36 charge and got nothing. The young lady wrote my name and phone # on a pad. I hope to be able to follow up
