Very unhappy with my pizza. Asked for extra sauce and well done. I got what looks like a poorly made lunchables pizza. Under cooked taste like raw dough especially in the center. Won’t be coming back.

I went to pick up my order, 2 pizzas and 3 packs of cheese bread. I get out my car and walk up and the lady who is working turned off the lights so fast while she was still behind the counter stealing my food I paid for. and can you believe this lady who worked there STOLE MY PIZZAS! Hahaha I said “is that not my order” and she said “no” and continued to steal my food. So ghetto. Photos attached. Do not trust this slimy worker.

Sadly 3 days ago I got 40 dollars worth of food. The pizza had no sauce and was stale and my sauce for the cheese sticks was a 1/4 full .. worst experience ever I even would rather go to the summer location and that’s even more sad .. oh well. But I mean all the other times were actually better just this last time .. HORRIBLE .

I love their hot and ready concept. I can walk in and pickup a simple pizza at a good price to bring home for a great meal. Generally the pizza is a little bit underdone – good enough to eat just like it is but also room to pop it in the oven to reheat without overcooking.

First, they got my order correct, which is a huge plus, and the pizza was hot and fresh, as advertised.. Second, the cashier was polite and professional, and the supervisor was running the show, while making pizzas, like a true leader!

I placed an order for a five meat pizza at 5:47 PM. Was instructed to be there between 607 and 6:12 PM.Arrived at 6:11 PM to pick it up. It was coming out of the oven. A walk-in customer who had been there a few minutes prior to my arrival ordered a five meat as well. The manager gave her my pizza and made me wait another 15 minutes while another five meat pizza was completed. When I asked her about it, she admitted that’s what she did. But no apology. Actually told me that the customer was before me. And when her fellow employees were asking her about my order, she told them the same falsehood, that the walk in customer was before me. Disappointing.

Always a joy being able to place an online order and use your kiosk for pickup. This idea was brilliant and not having to interact with anyone is fantastic. However, whenever I have spoken to the staff at this location, they have been nice, professional, and exceedingly helpful. I have only one arm to use and they will even carry my pizzas to my car if they notice. I can’t even begin to say how appreciative I am anytime I interact with the staff. In summary, THANK YOU Little Ceasars, you help restore my faith in local customer service.

Let me get this Straight. I ordered a sausage pizza with “Extra” sausage and my pizza had “less” sausage than a Hot N Ready but I was told by the guy that took my order that they were told to “cut back” on toppings. But my price was the same (Maybe higher). Little Caesar’s how does that make “Good” Business sense? I need Answers!
