The pizza has always been very good but this is the second time I’ve ordered delivery (both have been for birthday parties) and the delivery has been significantly earlier than what I requested. While I would never want a pizza to be late, it has been frustrating to request a delivery time and the pizza be delivered 45 minutes earlier than when guests are supposed to be here and it be cold upon their arrival. The delivery time is chosen for a reason.

Ok. So 545 I guess people want pizza. That’s fine, but you would think the employees would compensate for the usual rush. Not here. It took over 25 minutes to get 3 pizzas and cheese bread. The drive thru got served 6 times AFTER I paid and they kept getting served the pizzas I was waiting on. Not only that, the employees could not remember what someone ordered less than a minute ago. After standing there the whole time i was again asked if i had paid. Yea i paid! Do you think i would have waited that whole time if i didn’t have money tied up in the situation? I didn’t even get my receipt because it was given to someone in the drive thru, who is clearly more important than the crowd inside. To make the experience even better, the pizzas are terribly made. How hard it is to cook a pizza? Over cooked, next to no sauce, terrible texture, and you know what, it may be $5 for a pizza but no where else have I had such a terrible cheap pizza. Hire people that can figure out how to plan for a rush, make pizza, and handle customers in order. I’m thinking of calling the store and telling them as well but not like the kids there care enough to improve. I guess at least the sausage could be picked off and consumed safely.

Can never complain about the value of the pies at Little Caesars. The taste is good and toppings plentiful. Would like to see some spicy sauce options to make it an even better product.
App worked like charm for ordering. Tracking status seemed to be on point. Then things went off the rails. Update on app said pizza was being boxes. Then 10 mins later no updates. Refreshed multiple times. Then 15 past boxing time, got push notification. Tracking on app still showed boxing. Showed to agent at window. Her response well we have it for you. Not even acknowledging the issued shared. The passive lack of concern was not as expected.
Ok with issues, just emphasize with customer, it will do wonders.

Can you let customers know how long their order will be when they order in the drive through, so that they can change their order if they don’t/can’t wait long! I waited 16 minutes for 2 ultimate pizzas, I could have gotten the pepperoni that was ready and waiting

Used the App to make my order, one of the great things about Little Caesars. Waited 30 minutes to finally get the notification my pizza was loaded into portal. I get there and my name is on the screen but when I enter the code, nothing is in the portal. The young lady working there comes over and says they gave my order away to someone else and needed to remake it. Tells me that it will only be a little while longer. I proceed to wait 15 more minutes and then ask her how much longer, she goes back and tells me just a little while. I then asked her what is “a little while” and she tells me 15 more minutes. Needless to say I wasn’t waiting and made them refund me. What a waste of time and how do you load nothing into a portal knowing you screwed up.

I ordered Hawaiian pizza with jalapeños and onions they didn’t put nothing so I had to go back to the store and had to wait for another pizza. They gave me uncooked pizza as you can see.

This used to be my favorite place for pizza in Arlington. Today I was left sitting on the speaker for 10 minutes because he forgot I was there. He had one other customer. Half the time they have NO HOT AND READY pizza, and all In all, I no longer recommend it. The has station in front of the sonic had the best, expensive though it is.

Pizza was old and cold. I specifically order my pizza online so I don’t get the pizza that’s been in the warmer for hours. Very disappointing. Papa John’s has deals just as cheap as little Caesar’s so I will be going back to them for my pizza orders.
