This is the little Caesars pizza that my family and I use most often, mostly out of convenience as it’s located fairly close to our home. The service has been better in the past than currently but I think it’s due to being understaffed. The last couple of times I was there, there were only 2 of the 6 employees that seemed to be doing most of not all of the work so the wait time is usually around 7 minutes for a hot n ready cheese .

Bad service. I hate to even give one star. They tried to give me a pizza that they had put in someone else’s kiosk slot. When that customer opened the pizza and discovered that is was not hers, the employee and the manager both opened the pizza back up to look at it. They then tried to give that pizza to me saying it was mine and that they had given it to the other customer by mistake. I understand that mistakes can and will be made but they never should have tried to give that pizza to me. I asked for a fresh one and they were not very friendly about it. I ended up cancelling my order and leaving. I had already waited over 45 minutes from the time I ordered to this point. I will never go back to this location. As long as you are just going in to get a Hot and Ready, all is good. But if you order a specialty pizza you are in for a bad experience.

I order from here all the time through Doordash bc my 5 year old is unfortunately hooked on their sausage with extra sausage and beef pizza and it’s unreal all the trouble we go through with these people. It doesn’t matter what time of morning, day, or night it is, it always takes atleast an hour before it arrives and it’s not the dasher’s fault, and we’re only 10 minutes from there. I can’t begin to count the multiple occasions where we’ve had to reorder bc they sent the wrong pizza, didn’t send the complete order, or bc it arrived burnt just like it did 2 nights ago. A couple weeks ago I ordered the pizza I mentioned at the top and a supreme but received a supreme and a burnt pepperoni with little sausage. I reordered bc my son won’t eat anything but his sausage and beef and 45 minutes later I received (another supreme), not sausage and beef, and it was burnt too!! And they don’t even cut the pizzas anymore half the time, sometimes there will be marks in them where they touched them with the cutter but didn’t go all the way through but there’s also been times where there wasn’t even marks. I don’t usually give such harsh reviews but I’m just being honest, I really don’t understand how someone hasn’t done something about this by now, it’s beyond sad!
P.S. There was 1 night I ordered a pizza at 6:30 only to receive it at 8:10, burnt!!

Ordered pizza ahead for 7 pm at 5 pm. Hot there at 705 and checked in with the cashier after everyone in the building pretended I didn’t exist for about 5 minutes. Then I was told they lost my pizza and I would have to wait 15 minutes for them to remake it. 20 minutes later the same person put my food in the portal even though I was standing at the counter waiting. Went over there and grabbed my food because I was already running 30 minutes behind for work. Got to work to find out they still gave me the wrong pizza!!! Horrible experience! If the workers were more concerned with doing their jobs instead of gossiping, cussing each other, and flipping each other birdies, they probably could have got some things right.

Ordered a large deep dish pizza with extra cheese. Got home they had given me a regular cheese pizza. Called went back to get what I ordered and they gave me a large deep dish regular without the extra cheese I paid for.. took pizza back and just got my money back. Asked for phone number to complained and she said there was no number to call

It’s nothing like it used to be when they first opened some people love it some people like it some people hate it if I’m on a tight budget I go as I last resort anymore and I’m sorry Little Caesars I’m just being honest. Domino’s is a great deal and great food for the price that’s my type of budget all the food different varieties for less than $20 you can get a pizza lava cakes cheese breads enjoy your money’s worth and again I’m sorry Little Caesars

My husband and I picked up three pizzas to bring for a get together. 2 of the three pizzas were inedible!! Burned and just embarrassing! I called to complain and spoke to a Brianna who said she was the manager, quiet and clipped. Could not be bothered. Never again!!
