Personally have never had a bad experience here. Food is always great and the staff are usually friendly and welcoming, ready to help. I have eaten inside a few times rather than take out orders. Restaurant is clean and the staff often checks in with you to see if you need anything. Take out is just as good:)

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. I had the French dip & they went with the mushroom flatbread. We also shared a cup of clam chowder.
The soup was very good & came with fresh sour dough. My French dip was well portioned with flavorful meat & a nice au just.

A new sandwich shop, and catered around sourdough, my favorite bread! Wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Other than it being… a sandwich shop.
My first impression was that it was small. Coupled with the fact that they seem to be popular makes for not a lot of room to maneuver around. I noticed many people needing To-go food as the eight or so tables were all full.
They had a decent selection. Not just cold cuts, or cold sandwiches, but they also had French dip, and brisket (what I ordered) and soup, flatbread pizzas. I was pleased with the amount of choice.
The price was more than expected for a sandwich, and while it seemed on the higher end of quality, in the end it was a sandwich. Maybe that’s just my age showing. I remember $3-$4 for a six inch, now they are $12?
It seemed a while to make the sandwich, but they were packed when I arrived.
The staff was friendly and seemed very active working on getting the orders out.
I have to admit, the sandwich was delicious. I will have to omit the soup next time to save money and keep my lunch <$20. But I will have to come back to try more of the menu.

We love the sandwiches, a good amount of meat and cheese but the prices are just a bit high. The prices do not stop us from having a sandwich as a treat as they are good. Depending on the time we go the service is fast or slow. They do receive alot of online orders so we take that into account. I would give them a 4.5 if I coild as we love to eat yhere.

Arrived at 1pm on a Sunday. Three of us ordered three 6 minch sandwiches, two hot and one cold. One was specialty sandwich. You have many options sandwiches, salads and flatbread. The food was fresh and really filling. You can upside any item to a meal. They have soup as well including clam chowder.

🙁 we ordered an 8 inch sandwich, but it’s 7 inches at most, you could argue that the bread hangs over some, but this doesn’t feel bigger than a 6 inch sandwich 🙁

I was so disappointed in my gluten-free turkey wrap. I always get the same thing, but this time, not only was the staff not friendly, but my sandwich was like eating a paper full of ingredients. The sandwich wasn’t cut. It fell apart, as you can see in the photo. I am so disappointed as it is very expensive to eat at this place. Please retrain your staff on cleanliness, putting clean gloves on before making a gluten-free wrap, how to smile, and be courteous. Plus, I gave them a 20% tip, but took my food to go and was so disappointed to find the mess they sold me.

They do not acknowledge you when you walk in, you then stand there while they restock. They never ask you if you are ready to order. It is like you are standing there for no reason.
They probably would make more tips and money for the business if they just acknowledged people.
I almost walked out. There were 4 people working and not one of them said anything to me. When I did get to order, I ordered for here they bagged it up to go.
When I said something to him, they just smiled at me.
