I don’t generally leave negative reviews but when your store habitually messes up the order every single time there is a problem. I even had them repeat it back to me. Then I had them check it to make sure it was correct and the young man said yes. I opened it up as soon as I got home and it was completely wrong again for the 5th time

Regrettably, my recent experience with the service and product fell significantly short of expectations. After ordering through the app, the estimated 15-minute wait for pickup ballooned into an excruciating 45-minute queue upon arrival. The inability to leave the drive-through line exacerbated the frustration.
Upon reaching home, the contents of the boxes presented a disappointing sight. It seemed evident that the pizzas had undergone considerable mishandling during transit from the oven to the drive-through handoff. One pizza only had toppings on half, contrary to the order, while the other suffered from toppings sliding off. Moreover, the poor cutting quality made it necessary to recut the pizzas.
To add to the dismay, the pizzas appeared undercooked, further compounding the dissatisfaction with the entire experience. Sadly, this experience has left a lasting impression, and I won’t be considering a return anytime soon.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Just ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread from there and I am tremendously disappointed! How can you serve someone this Poot quality of food?!and actually accept payment for it!… crazy bread looks like someone had already eaten if it and hardly ANY butter and Parmesan…cheese only covers about 70% of the pizza!.. I door dashed the food indeed but I literally live across the street in those apartments so why is my food hard and cold?? Y’all out to be ashamed of yourselves!…I’d drive all the way to Huntsville location before I’d spend another dime there!… and it’s not the first time! Called at minimum 10 times to complain and no answer from the store! They should have never put that little ceasars there… they don’t deserve to be there!! Not to mention had to walk up there to get any response… lady at the counter offered no apology whatsoever and then when she gave me me remade food she says with an attitude “here ya go” I’m just livid!… will update if corporate rectifies this matter… as they absolutely should!!

know what they are doing there, but the crust is always coated in some salt on an unholy level. I can not even taste pizza, just salt. I’ve ordered from them 3 times, and all 3 times, no one would eat the pizzas, and they got tossed out. Everything about this place is horrible. You talk to an employee, and they all seem to hate that they are alive and hate you for ordering a pizza. Their hate for their jobs shows in what they make. The owner should fire everyone and start over.

I am a huge fan of Little Caesar’s CHEESY BREAD and marinara sauce it is normally fresh & fantastic, but the ball was dropped, fumbled, and scored in the opponent’s goal this visit! The cheesy bread was hard, dry, and lacked luster. Please check the food before you serve it to paying cystomers; customers please check your food before you leave!

I like Little Caesars but this ain’t it. I am very disappointed because there was a wait but the pizza was cold. I had to cut the pizza again when we got home. There was barely any meat on my hamburger pizza and the meat tasted really weird. My crazy bread wasn’t even cut and it had no flavor. Really bad experience for the food but the server was really nice

Food is great but the service is horrendous. The staff think it is okay to yell at customers and roll their eyes at them as well. We will not be back. Please hire employees that know how to treat PAYING customers.
