I called in an order for a cheese pizza only having $7 in my pocket. I was recently laid off from a good job. When I swipe my card I was short. The shift lead covered the cost of my pizza. I have always loved little Caesars, but this place seems to be struggling. Employees REALLY don’t care. Terrible service. Last time I went after about 10 mins of waiting the employee walked up, stood at the counter and didn’t say a word…. We had a moment and stared into each other eyes for what seemed like an eternity …. I finally greeted him and explained the reason for my visit today…lol He checked his text messages (no lie) and said “there is a problem”, “your pizza got messed up and we’re out of deep dish”. Not going back anytime soon.

With the grand opening only a few weeks behind them, the employees here are all still relatively new. Just be patient with them while they try to ring your order up correctly. I was wrongly charged for an extra most bestest pepperoni instead of a classic pepperoni. After I told them the total sounded too high, he grabbed a manager and was shown how to properly enter the pizza I was asking for. It took a little extra time but I left with what I asked for, and it was steaming hot! 🙂 Only complaint was that the dough was stretched too thin in some places

I have been to this location 3 times since opening and I have to say it has been the worst experience ever. The crazy bread is almost burned and there’s absolutely no seasoning (garlic, cheese) on the bread. The pizza had a half a teaspoon or less of sauce on each slice. It’s awful to serve this to customers. I’m personally tired of spending $30+ and getting this.

I picked up an order for doordash and Jason was very customer-oriented. He was working alone with drive-thru customers, as well a walk-in customers. The pizza was hot and smelled delicious. I decided to go back for lunch immediately upon my delivery completion. He was bombarded again with customers all at once. He yet again tended to each customer swiftly with a smile. He is amazing, especially when most people don’t seem to care and are rude. Thank you, Jason l, for all of your hard work.

Ordered through the app. It gave me a five minute window for pickup. I waited for fifteen minutes in the drive thru over the app time, which brought the wait to twenty minutes. I only ordered breadsticks and a pizza. When I got home I opened the pizza box and it was burnt. So I waited extra long in the drive thru for them to overcook my food. Super disappointing.
