I placed an order through the app and they told me I was too early. I waited in a parking spot for 15 to 20 minutes for them to hand me lukewarm pizzas. Also, one of the pizzas was not even cut AND one of my pizzas was incorrect. I tried to call the store to alleviate this but the automated message says that they are not accepting orders at this location and hangs up on me. It looked like the staff were too busy socializing to care about their customers. Very disappointed.

Horrible service and my food wasn’t even ready after waiting for over an hour to get my pizza. Dude at the window said that he don’t know what happened to my food. Then I had to wait for my food to be cooked and they served me some half cut pizza with toppings just thrown on there. Never will they get my money again. They need to get rid of everyone that work there and rehire a new crew. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service.

The service is utterly disgusting. I WILL NOT be going back, even though it is closest to my home. I ordered and parked on the side waiting along with 5 other cars. Another car parked on the side after me. After about 20 minutes one of the workers came to me and asked did I order the pizza she had. I told her no, I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. She walked away and gave the pizza to the car that came after me. At this time all the cars are gone and I was only car parked. Another pulls up to the window, pays, and receives a pizza. The whole time I’m watching 3 of the workers looking out of the drive thru window at my car (the only car). Not once did they come out to ask what was wrong, if I’d not received my order. So, I pull into the front and go in. I asked did they forget my order. The girl that took my order askes me what I’d ordered and they all walk to the back and stay back there. Not once did they apologize. Say that they were working on it. It was coming. Nothing. After waiting in the lobby for someone to come back I walk back to the car for my receipt so I can ask for my money back. When I come back she gives me the pizzas and walks away. No apology for the inconvenience. Nothing. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I’ve watched people lose it and cuss the workers out in the drive thru for the disrespect. It took everything in me not be the person to cause a seen. The disregard was more than upsetting. Customer service here is absolutely the worst. From the lack of greeting to the disregard. I can understand if the order was forgotten or lost, but to not check on the only car still waiting and not at the least apologize I can’t understand. To say nothing and walk away. Not just one crew, but different employees each time. Once or twice is one thing, maybe just not good time. But multiple times… never again will I spend my little bit dollars here. It’s like the culture of the store.

Doors were locked when I went to store about 8pm. Service was quick except for out of the ordinary orders in which you had to park and wait for order to be brought to you. The parking area had lots of standing water. Plus one of the workers was using profanity about one of the customers that she took an order to as the other worker took my order.

I ordered online. Drove my vehicle to the restaurant 15 minutes later and my pizza was not ready. I asked how much longer he said 7 minutes. I waited in my car. Then went back in again surely it would be ready. Noooooooo!!!! The young man said the pizza maker never started making the pizza. I requested a refund and the manager. He gave me a refund however nothing else. My time and gas was wasted!! My kids were disappointed he didn’t apologize and say can I get you something else or anything! This is ridiculous first and last time I won’t be back!!!!
