Very slow services this last time with a pick up order that was not hot. I waited at least 30 minutes past the pick up time and it was not hot. But they did give a refund and normally they are really delicious and hot. I think they were having an off night this last visit.

Horrible service and my food wasn’t even ready after waiting for over an hour to get my pizza. Dude at the window said that he don’t know what happened to my food. Then I had to wait for my food to be cooked and they served me some half cut pizza with toppings just thrown on there. Never will they get my money again. They need to get rid of everyone that work there and rehire a new crew. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service.

Every time I come here they say they are backed up and can’t take no more orders but the parking lot and drive thru are always empty so I don’t see how they are backed up with no customers. Then today I came to place an order and the first thing the girl at the window say is “are you placing an order?” I told her yes then she proceeds to say “well we aren’t taking any orders because we are out of cheese” like that didn’t make no sense why would you ask us are we placing a order if yall ain’t got nothing to make the food with ?? Yall need new workers and more product or something has to change like how hard is it to run a small pizza store ??

Order total was 19$ even, I did a split payment of $15 on my Venmo card and owed $4 even left. Gave the dude a $10 bill to cover that. He gave me 3 one dollar bills and a dollar in quarters back, he owed me $6 back but gave me $4 honest mistake I get it that’s fine long day my guy. Yet then when I told ol buddy he was wrong he boldly argued with me that my change was 4$ lmfao in front of other customers that witnessed the whole transaction, making himself not just look stupid but on top of that disrespectful, dude if you needed the $2 that bad you could have asked instead of making it even more obvious to not just me that you can not do math but to a lobby full of folks as well. Lucky for you I actually tutor for math to 1st graders, I got a free lesson for you anytime on the house my guy! Learn simple math or go cook don’t run a register it’s that simple.

They are the worst location. People behind the line with backpacks on and slides. No gloves and terrible customer service. I’ll wait it over 30 minutes for an order. I placed online constantly asked for updates. Was told to wait eight more minutes after the eight minutes was asked to exchange the order. I never got my food completely wasted my lunch break worst experience ever. If I could give them a zero, I would.
