Just ordered a Supreme pizza, already made. Hard as a rock. Tasted as though it had been cooked for awhile. Usually I have to wait on supreme. Had one made,,,,,,,,,yuck. It was awful this time. I always order supreme. But will ask next time, if it is FRESH!!!!!

I git to get it 5 stars because it’s Littoe Ceaser’s. But I got to say the supervisor on this evening shift needs a little training. I go in to order 2 pizzas and after I was told it would be 30 minutes, I was like no problem. The young lady turns and tells the back my order and said , ” he’s willing to wait” the supervisor comes up to her, right in front of me and rudely said NO!. We have big order to fill and No, not doing it, sorry. Left the young lady standing there looking embarrassed and confused that she has to handled this problem by telling me. I would have appreciated if the supervisor would have been professional enough to explain to me(since I was right there).

Ordered online stuffed crazy bread. Showed up and got my food, when I arrived home I noticed I was given just regular crazy bread. Tried to call and realized they don’t have a way to contact the store. My wife went and picked up two pizzas and the new stuffed bread sticks this afternoon for dinner. The pizzas were fine but the stuffed bread sticks were completely raw inside, I do not recommend purchasing them.

Pizzas are no longer made to order when you place an advanced order online. Six minutes after I placed the order, it was in their pizza portal. It is impossible to do a made to order pizza in six minutes. Plus, their phone system blocks you from contacting the local store by saying they are not taking orders over the phone.

I went here to get a few pizzas since it’s fast food. I got pushed to the side twice by one girl and one boy until this nice young man with red hair was freed up to help me. He looked really young but he was so polite to me and apologized over the wait. It was a somewhat clean little front of store but I think it could be cleaned generally better than what was done.

This place is always busy and the staff is always hustling. It doesn’t make any sense to close the lobby. What are you accomplishing by doing that? The drive thru line just continues to wrap instead and you still have to wait on every single person. I’m guessing that your hope is that people will go somewhere else since the line is so long. I love the pizza portal cause I’m in and out by planning ahead. Well it’s sad seeing your pizza in the portal while an associate yells for you to go through the drive thru which negates one of the best reasons for the app.

If you say you provide a service then you should provide. Ordering online and then having to wait behind 5 cars in the drive thru is ridiculous. I could’ve been done and gone…going to in pick up my food in less than a minute. BUT nope. Covid…staffing or whatever…if I wanted human contact I would have chose that. And my pizza was cold. Btw there was plenty of people were working.
