For real? I don’t know who I upset but I apologize. I ordered an extra most bestest online and I got there supposedly a few minutes before it was ready. This doesn’t even look like the EMB and it didn’t taste fresh. I frequent here regularly so I know what it’s supposed to look like. Then to open it and see it was cut like this??? This “manager” said if I had been there sooner they would be fresh because they are made fresh to order. Ma’am I ordered 5 minutes ago! These pizzas look disgusting. Then proceeded to give me a burnt cheese pizza and a pathetic looking pepperoni.
The time before this I asked specifically for a lightly cooked pizza for my autistic son and you purposely gave me a burnt cheese pizza that my baby couldn’t even eat and I paid for extra cheese.
You have rude workers
You don’t make fresh pizza
Your customer service is horrible

STORE IS Nasty!, they throw your food together like there feeding an animal do not care about the customers, and don’t let me get on the rude customer service from managers on down! THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED! GO THERE IF YOU WANT ! I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I ordered a deep dish pizza from this location and it was undercooked and doughy. I gave it another try and specifically asked for it to be well-done, but the same issue happened again. I ended up having to finish cooking it in my air fryer both times.
It’s frustrating to pay for a meal that isn’t fully prepared. I hope they start paying more attention to quality and special instructions moving forward.

The new management has really made improvements! Staff was quick and friendly and the store was clean! Got a classic pepperoni, Italian cheese bread and two sauces for $15 😀

Food is always hit or miss. Never consistently good or bad. If you go in there when its not exactly lunch or dinner rush time you should ask them to cook your food fresh bc its been under the heat lamps for a while. Don’t try to call them because I have never once gotten them to answer the phone. If you need to order ahead better use the app.

So if I’m tired after a long day I’m going to stop by my neighborhood little Caesars pizza and grab a n ready pizza and there new pizza bites pepperoni of course. The food is always hot and delicious. I recommend going because it is so yummy .

We order here often over many years. But especially the last year and this month Has been worse. Twice this week they have zero hot and ready pizzas. Today it was like 4:25 right before everyone gets off work and they had zero pizzas ready. But it always takes sooo long if it’s not hot and ready. It doesn’t matter what time of day they usually don’t have hot and ready. If they do it’s only 1 or 2 pizzas.

Food is ok, but don’t expect ‘hot m ready’. On a Friday or Saturday night, you can wait up to an hour for your food.
