I’m not sure what I waited 24 minutes for they had this pizza on (not in)the oven for a maximum of five minutes… I knew better than to go here but my girlfriend’s from Michigan and wanted some nostalgia… just as I remember it….cheap uncooked Pizza, I’ll eat just about any pizza but this made my stomach hurt…..looking at it…sure didn’t eat it..you got my $21 and didn’t even have to use $3 worth of electricity on your oven.

I don’t write reviews but . My bread sticks are burnt and old , my pizza isn’t cut there’s no cheese sauce it’s hard and crunchy , I can’t even pull it apart . What a waste of money .

First of all, I ordered a custom Deep Dish and custom breads ticks. Not one of them were done correctly. Service was not good as it seemed that no one knew what they were doing. It took longer than expected, so therefore the store began to get too crowded. One fellas stink made me honestly exit to get fresh air. I need my order the way I paid for. My husband and I both are sous chefs and being someone who loves a quick pizza fix for the family I’m super disgusted with the way we saw how on a Sunday evening the manager (red head) was doing inventory while their lobby was full and the poor long haired guy was pushing out all the orders working ALONE. If I was him id definitely be looking for a new job because he was slapping pizzas taking them out the oven and boxing them at least 4 other orders not including mine while who I assume was the management or shift lead walked around with a clip board. Super distasteful as far as the pizza and food always on point lol

We normally order at this location. Tonight we placed an order and I guess they were busy and it took an hour. No biggie. My wife said the female manager was being rude to employees and customers and one employee said the manager was in a mood tonight. We got home and noticed they didn’t cut the cheese bread or added seasoning. I called them to see if they would just give us a credit for the next time because we live 15 minutes away and we didn’t want to wait again. The employee tried but his manager Shawn who was too lazy to come to the phone said I had to drive back tonight. That meant I would of been eating cold pizza. Poor customer service is what Shawn brings to the table. Shawn wouldn’t be working for me.

Took forever to deliver our pizzas, they came super cold obviously and then they didn’t even get the order right. My boyfriend called and told them the pizzas weren’t the right ones and then they asked for the pizzas back. I mean what are you gonna do with cold pizzas? I hope not to give them back to another customer. Dont waste your time or money.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. Already knew once i ordered i shouldnt have done that. i order a cheese pizza with NO SAUCE. i pick my order up off my doorstep after its delivered, and i immediately smell red sauce. and on top or that, the driver that doordash sent out opened my food? because the bag of crazy bread was wide open when i picked it up off the doorstep as well. can someone please enlighten me on how hard it is to read an order that clearly says no sauce? how incompetent does one have to be? never again lmao.

Been to this location several times and seems to have the same issues consistently.
Placed an order over the phone for a single pepperoni pizza. 25 minutes in, and another customer walks inside and orders her pizza. She amazingly was able to receive her pizza despite us having inquired about the status of our order and having not yet received it. 45 minutes later, after other customers and DoorDashers received pizza, and inquiring yet AGAIN, the worker finally found our pizza sitting in the hot box for who knows how long.
