As always the food was excellent. The staff not so. Our waitress was prompt and efficient till she padded the bill. I shall explain. After enjoying the meal we received the check. It was fine till I looked at the reverse side with the drink orders. She charged my wife for two soft drinks because she brought two to her. One of which she never asked if my wife wanted another, which she didn’t, never finished the first one. I have never been charged for additional soft drinks, tea, or coffee. This is pure over kill, won’t be going back. At forty to forty five dollar a bill the least they could do is allow free refills or at least ask first.

Have enjoyed Phil’s Seafood for many years now. Always a delicious meal no matter what we order. My late Father first took me to Phil’s. Used to have a wonderful fresh seafood restaurant in Lancaster for centuries, now closed. (Mauger’s). Now, thoroughly enjoy Phil’s. Drive an hour each way! Love my Phil’s!

Not a place youre going to drive past and decide to stop. Its a destination joint but worth it. Doesnt look like much from the road but the food was much better than expected.
