I love pizza. However, I have come here a few times out of convenience. Last few visits I was hoping to get a good pizza that was pleasing unfortunately here was my experience the last few times. For some odd reason this same particular cashier always adds “Well Done ” to my order and note I never ever mention any statement while ordering my pizza to request it to be “well done”. When I get my order the pizza is definitely over cooked and unsettling. I am definitely aware of the difference from other location’s receipts of my orders. This was my final attempt. My request to any business serving the community please make sure you train the staff properly. Repeat Customers are essential to longevity.

I placed my order on the app and headed to the store in west Pembroke Pines (Southwest Ranches). The entire experience was seamless. I got a notification with a code for their pizza portal and I was able to track the order too! There was no need to wait in line or talk to an attendant at this busy location. I simply stepped up to the portal, entered my code and the oven door opened for me. One thing is to beware of retrieving your order(s) because the portal is hot! My one mistake was not ordering more! Everyone loved the puffs—not just the kids! Next time I’ll order just one or two sauce cups because they enjoyed the pizza puffs as is. All-around great experience!

I came in today to get the custom deep deep dish. I ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese and extra sauce, which doubled the price of my meal. I don’t have any problem giving more money, to get a more tailored dish. The problem is, I paid extra to get extra, but it’s almost as if the cheese was taken care of, but the marinara sauce was almost non-existent! It felt like I paid to get even less sauce, than I would regularly get had I just got the regular price point. If someone pays for extra, they should get extra. First time coming here, probably won’t be back for a while, if at all. Train those guys, I’m not sure if it’s their current concern with their job isn’t tied to the service level they provide, or they just don’t speak good English. Please, address this because, Little Caesars is a very good product when the service rendered is right. Great location otherwise.

This is the pizza that lil Caesar just delivered me. When the driver handed it to me it was hanging out the side of the box so I opened it and this is how the pizza was. I called the and the rep ask for me to send the picture which I did. She place me on hold and came back and say “we can’t issues a refund for this order.” Which I never asked for. Plus I tipped the driver $5. I am very upset because people use this service as a convenience when they don’t have a way to these places and to get my food in this matter it is very disheartening. Plus when I originally placed the order I called the store and a Spanish speaking employee answered and didn’t have any knowledge of the English language and was not able to assist me. Bad service overall.

The absolute worst customer service ever! Zero customer service, severely delayed orders. Nobody at the front counter to attend customers. I saw this first hand for over 40 minutes! While I was inside waiting for my online order that has been delayed over 40 minutes I hear their phone ringing nonstop and nobody even answers it. Pass poor management. They are making enough money to properly staff the place but they don’t!

their pizza improved over the years… I purchased the fantastic four pizza recently and not for nothing. it was the best $8.50 I ever paid for a pizza. it was hot. it was fresh. the toppings were very good. the sauce was tasty. I mean for that price the value was all there… I mean let’s be honest. it’s hard to get a pizza everyday and pay $24 for it.. At Little Caesars. you could have pizza everyday now.

Poor Service. Attendant said they do not do Hot and Ready Pizzas at this location, which is what they advertise right on the front window and what I went for. This location is unfortunately misleading. The one time in years I decide to try Little Ceasars again and it’s a no go.
