This location, twice in a row, has been a huge disappointment!
The first I’ll post pictures of…
This time I ordered through the drive-thru, asked for no onions and their sauce and they repeated it back to me. No sauce and loaded with onions!
There were two customers including myself so the claim of being busy isn’t relevant.
Oh yeah, and how about some napkins!

I was thrilled when Firehouse Subs came to Marion NC! Their food is great and I have never had bad service. My only complaint is that I can’t go very much anymore as I am now handicapped and no longer can drive. I love the pickles and always ask for two. Never have had anyone turn me down.

My wife and I have ate here a couple of times. Each time we’ve found the location to be very clean, and the service to be fast and friendly. Our order has been accurate each visit. I recommend visiting this restaurant.

My first visit but want be my last. Everything tasted so fresh. i ask for no onions and if they could put pickles on it and they put chopped pickles which made the sub even better. The smoked turkey was so tasty. It’s so worth trying.

I think firehouse has great food, and usually great service. But not today. Today me and my wife pulled into the lot and made an online order, it said it would be ready in 15 mins, no problem… Well I go in and get it, and the employees are behind the counter telling dirty jokes, very inappropriate. So I get our food and go out and we eat in our truck, well I guess that’s no allowed or something because they called the cops on us for sitting there to long, even tho we had only been there a few minutes. It pissed me off and was not very cool. I had no idea you can’t eat your order in their parking lot.

My sandwich was soggy and stuck on the water. My friend’s sand had too much BBQ sauce and hardly any meat. Nothing like the commercial shows more like faults advertising. For the quality and price would have been better to go to Subway.

Dirty filthy looking inside from the drive-thru window. Had the French dip sub, cold tasteless poorly made subs that cost me and my wife $31, never eat there again!
Jersey Mikes is so much better!

Tasty food but don’t order in the evening because night crew consistently drops the ball on making sure all the ingredients are present, especially when paying a premium for certain ingredients. At a $2.00 upcharge for bacon, which is like a 20% increase to the salad/sub price – you would expect them to put it on there.
This is the third time that I’ve ordered a sub and a salad after 7pm and had something wrong with my order. The first time the sub was missing bacon that we paid the premium for and the turkey salad was missing not only the turkey but also bacon that we paid extra for… And no dressing. We called the store, and got an ‘oops my bad haha’ – not a big deal I can have grace so we drove back down to get the missing components.
The second time same thing – missing bacon, missing dressing. I should have learned my lesson at this point but this is my pregnancy craving and the baby wants what it wants. The second time I just let it go because I was really hungry.
Tonight we placed our order and we were missing the bacon and the dressing AGAIN. At this point I’m quite a bit more pregnant than when we first started coming here and I ran out of grace and drove myself down there to request the missing pieces. When I got there and came through the door I wasn’t acknowledged by anyone despite the 4 employees cleaning up who saw me. I said “hey I know y’all are antsy to get home BUT CAN I GET THE MISSING PARTS OF MY SALAD”. The kids were in shock of course. I told them they were missing the bacon and the ranch – and that now this is the third time in a row that this has happened. The kid asked to see my receipt which I presented to him and told him I also had a picture of the salad if he needed to see exactly what was missing. He heated up some bacon, and got me some dressing and mumbled a ‘sorry ma’am’ and I was on my way.
I don’t know if y’all are lacking a night crew manager to make sure things are done right or maybe these kids are just so anxious to get out of there they don’t even care at the end of their shift but it would be nice to not have to be double triple checking things as the consumer or having to race back there to get missing parts.

Walked in bought a large sub with chips and a drink and a medium sub with chips and a drink cost $37. I told cashier I would not be back and these prices are asinine. The cashier person agreed.
