Poor management I ordered a pizza got there to pick up my order. They told me I already took the pizza and apparently somebody else walked away with it had to wait another half hour for them to make another set of pizzas.

Hot and ready not so much any more. Tonight they only had 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 crazy bread available. No cheese pizza. I have no desire to enter my credit card number into an app to order pizza from them especially since I can make an order for a nearby Dominoes for $5.99 freshly made with no credit card. I don’t know what they are thinking. The “automat” went out in the 1950’s. Not even well made unless you like large areas with dry dough without tomato sauce (see photos) and large sections without pepperoni. I’m done with this location. Heading off to buy a real pizza from a competitor. So sad – I used to love Little Caesar’s especially the sauce.

Order was placed through the LC app at 4:02 pm to allow it to be ready by the time I arrived since I was 10 minutes away and the LC app advised a time of 4:17-4:22pm. I arrived at 4:20 pm and my name was not displayed on the screen. I didn’t want to go in since their was other customers and I could see names on the portal from outside. I was tired of waiting (4:40pm) and since I saw people coming in and out with pizza’s, I decided to walk in and ask, that’s when she pulled a pizza from a rack. Why wasn’t it loaded into the pizza portal? Since I didn’t want to be near other customers due to COVID, I decided to leave. What a mistake not checking the pizza before leaving. The pizza was burnt and cold since it was not in the Pizza portal or one the the hot cabinets behind the cashier.

I always order pizza no sauce because my dad is allergic to tomatoes , also extra cheese. They ALWAYS put sauce on it and causes an allergic attack on my dad. I must sue them for all the damage they cause. Sauce is under the extra cheese. This people don’t even read the orders.

This review is hopefully so the owner can read it. We’ve been in cutler bay for years and we used to like to go here because it was quick, cheap and ok pizza. Recently, service has gone way down. You order through the website and you have to wait an hour for your pizza to be ready, AN HOUR! you get to the store and employees seem so lost. Is there a manager?

I order here all the time without a problem but the experience I just had makes me want to find another pizza spot. I asked about my order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and they had not even started making it yet. One guy there said he had ordered over an hour ago and still not ready. I didn’t even see any employees for the first several minutes I was there. And then they came out (young looking kids) and just looked at everyone who was there waiting and they just stood around and didn’t say anything; not really trying to inquire about customers’ orders. I ended up asking for a refund. Disorganized, understaffed, undertrained.

The place is dirty. The company receives purchases online and at the store they say they do not have the product. I bought two pieces of thin dough online and the store says that after 9:00 pm it does not make them. Employees only chat with each other and do not work. All wrong. I do not buy more in this company. Now trying to cancel the purchase so they don’t steal my money.
