Little Caesars Pizza was founded on May 8, 1959, by Mike Ilitch and his wife Marian Ilitch. The first location was in a strip mall in Garden City, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, and named Little Caesar’s Pizza Treat. Today we are the second largest pizza chain, and have been repeatedly voted Americas Best Pizza Value.

I ordered a pineapple Pepsi online. When I picked up my order, I was told they don’t have it, that they stopped selling it but haven’t removed it from the website and refunds aren’t available. He said I’d have to call corporate for a refund. “What a pain in the a@*” I said.

For 07/13/23 All day me and the kids just wanted a nice pretzel pizza with extra cheese sauce. It’s our favorite, but when i arrived I quickly noticed there was a bunch of people in the lobby and only two guys working. When I asked the man up front is it really just you two working he said yes. But he reassured me that he would get my pizza out to me as fast as possible the way I wanted it ( extra cheese sauce ) I noticed he was running running back and worth from making pizzas answering the phones and helping cutting pizzas, and through out all that he ended up leaving a clear lobby and made my pizza THE CORRECT WAY all in under 10 minutes. I wish could remember his name but he told me he was the assistant manager and I told him to keep up the good work he just gave me big smile and told me thank you for coming. If this guy is part of the new management I have high hopes for this place and will be back ! Through out that rush he never lost faith and that smile to greet customers.. i love it

The new staff was rude didn’t hand me my food. Our food looks burnt and dried up. It is my second bad experience here. Also the staff was overstating how busy they were. I ordered online 45 minutes prior to coming in. Also the pizza was cold and not looking like the bestest most cheese.

Every month, I take my daughter to a meeting in the area so my granddaughter and I go to this little Caesars for a pizza. Due to a problem with my eyes, I ordered the wrong pizza through the app. When I told the worker behind the counter, she was so sweet and kind and said “that’s ok – I’ll make you another one. The pizza was so delicious for chain pizza. I really loved the sauce. Seems like the employees really enjoy their job because it sounded like they were having fun. I love to see that! I thanked the manager and he left two packs of cookies on our table. How sweet! Great place for a hot and ready pizza!

Absolute worst interaction I have ever had with the Little Caesar Brand. My Family ordered 2 large stuffed pretzel crust pizza’s. When I picked them up the pizza was gross, the crust was mushy and under cooked and just not appealing at all. When I asked to speak with a manager the entire staff disappeared to the back of the kitchen for quite sometime. CX were coming and going and no one was coming to help them. Finally after I kept calling to the back, 2 male staff members came out and I asked their names and if they were managers and they would not respond. One Staff member just said what’s the problem that’s the way it’s supposed to be then went on to tell me to stop causing a problem, We don’t issue refunds the pizza’s not suppose to look like the pictures that’s just advertisement. then walked away to the back again. I continued to ask for a manager with a name someone to reference and the staff would not respond and just kept avoiding me by hiding in the back. After 30 minutes of refusing to leave I was presented with name Freddy Largo Who knows if that is true, but he informed me that both male staff member were managers? If that’s true we could have concluded the interaction much quicker. Both staff member expressed their lack of concern for my feedback and displeasure, so I left you a pizza and a google review. Those staff member just earned your brand a huge anti advocate. I am pretty sure it will be years before I consider your product and service again. Quite Frankly they should be terminated. It wasn’t a training issue and it wasn’t IDGF issue. The one staff member was wearing socks and sandals. Such a frustrating situation to deal with after a long day at work I just wanted to feed my kids. The food was disgusting and the service was… well lets just say maybe we shouldn’t raise minimum wage in FL.

I get little Ceasars pizza for my family about every other week and have never had any complaints. Their staff is always upbeat and friendly and they are now under an amazing new management. We’ve ordered multiple different pizzas from them. I love the extra most bestest, my husband loves the pretzel crust and was happy it came back on the menu and my son loves the lunch special. The pizza is always hot and fresh.

They don’t use gloves when putting food in box understand that when a meal comes out of oven and it’s being placed to serve you have to wear gloves music they play is not something I would want my child to hear sat in there waiting for food not one time was any hands washed
