I had a disappointing experience at Little Caesars recently. The employee with the red beard was acting very unprofessional when the computer system crashed. Instead of handling the situation calmly, he became visibly upset, was banging on the counter and computer, and behaving erratically in front of customers.
What was even more concerning was the way he spoke to the two young women working in the back making pizzas. His tone was harsh and disrespectful, which created an uncomfortable environment for both customers and staff.

It is absolutely the worst pizza, wings, and icb I have ever gotten. I never got an email or push notification that my pizza was ready. I showed up after the time to make sure it was ready. I waited a few minutes for someone to come to the window. When I got home I opened the box to see grainy crust with a little sauce, very little cheese, burnt (extra crispy) pepperoni. The bottom showed very poor quality dough. It tasted grainy. Like it had tons of cornmeal in it. It was cold, too. I opened the ICB, It appeared to be warmed over, burnt, dry. and was cold. The garlic butter was ice cold. The chicken wings were very poor quality and dry. I had an issue the last time I went. I called and complained about it and the person on the other end was arguementive. I never did get reimbursed that time. I wasn’t going to make another trip up there to get another meal. I spent a lot of money. They sure have gone down the tubes. Just like they did many years ago before they went defunct. It doesn’t even seem like a clean place. I am very upset. I do not recommend them. My daughter is moving here and my son-in-law loves the ICB. I will tell them not to go there. I used to be able to get a decent pizza here for a reasonable price.

I was in this store yesterday and witnessed a guy come to the register with a ball of dough in his left had. Rang up a girl and took her money with his right hand. As he pulled the bills out he stuck them between 2 of his left fingers while dough still in hand but without touching the dough. Gets change out then hands girl her change. And when he asked if she needed the receipt I could tell she was put off by all that had just happened. As the girl turned to left the guy turned around and started walking back into the kitchen with both hands rolling the dough.

This is raw dough with cheese on it. Not pizza. There’s a micron thin layer of raw dough at the bottom that makes it impossible to hold a piece of pizza. A complete scam. DO NOT give them your money.

I ordered a large supreme pizza, and they gave me a crappy undercooked cheese pizza. There bread stick were hard as a rock an cold it tasted old I was soo disappointed I’ll Never eat from here again! I had to wait over an hr for it to be delivered to my house. I dont recommend it this is the 2 time I had a problem with my food from there.

They allow customers to drive up to the pickup window and sit in the drive thru window for the entire 20 minute duration while their order is being prepared. They didn’t even understand my issue when I mentioned it to the manager. I had to explain, kind of like someone walks up to the cashier and orders a pizza, and stands at the register the entire time and not allow any other customer to order until they receive their food. SMH

When I ordered the crazy puffs the bacon and cheese and when I got home and I looked at them they did not look like the picture in the Little Caesars and when I took the first bite I only got cheese no bacon and when I took a second bite on the second one I only got bacon but no cheese so I couldn’t finish the rest and also the kitchen was not clean and there was crumbs everywhere and there was trash everywhere where people stand.

I ordered at 5:52pm 5-9-25. The time is now 8:15pm and still no door dash! Called door dash twice, once at 7:21pm & 8:16pm. Second time I was told my order is waiting to be made after receiving a text it’s out for delivery. Tried calling the store immediately was told there’s 20 orders ahead of you. If you have a complaint call back at 9am and was immediately put on hold. Refused to hold after 15 minutes. I will NEVER order from Niceville Little Caesars again, nor will I ever use door dash. Actually wasn’t aware door dash was doing the delivery until after I placed the order. It was 8:25pm when I finally received my order and it was beyond disgusting & cold. The door dash driver smelled of alcohol as soon as I opened the door. Door dash customer service tried telling me the 2nd time I called it was waiting to be made. If that was the case it should have been hot & fresh. Definitely will reach out to corporate and/or the owner of this particular store.
