Did an online order, but they didn’t receive the order, and took my money. The employee had to call two different people to figure it out. Waited 35 minutes to get my sub. I was not even offered anything for my inconvenience. Will never go to this subway again.

foods always amazing, store is always clean, but be prepared for a long wait. this store only ever has 1 person working and it gets BUSY at lunch and dinner time. I waited 30 minutes for 1 sub, no exaggeration. would be 5-stars if they staffed it better. poor workers get super stressed.

Placed the order at approximately 8:57 PM on Saturday using subway app. The order got placed and the app showed that the order will be ready at 9:14PM. We reached the restaurant at 9:00PM and waited in the parking lot hoping for the order to be prepared. However, it was closed and nobody was there. Looks like the restaurant closes at 9:00PM. Neither the app nor Google hours displays the restaurant time appropriately.

Subway is always five star in my opinion. Although the staff went a little slow, I didn’t mind because it wasn’t busy and she was by herself, which was weird for dinnertime rush hours. They are probably shortstaffed like everyone else. She was very nice and that’s important to me.

Walking at 6:55 p.m. Monday November 30th and was told we are closed. When I ask what time they closed the “manager” said 7 p.m. . I said it’s not 7 yet. He said I don’t care we are closed. This went on while he was serving another customer. I said are you the manager he said yes oh, I said we’ll see when I come back. He said yeah we’ll see. We’ll be following up with the owner if this is truly the manager, which I find highly doubtful.

Subway on riverside drive in Johnson city new york is one of the best in my opinion. The young man there makes the subs really good and you can eat inside .
