We had ordered online, so Im not sure about the service all too much, though they were fast workers on getting our food. I had gotton the pretzel pizza combo (10/10), two Detroit pizzas (9/10), and twix cookie dough brownies (9/10, super sweet but definitely twix). The price was cheaper as compared to other pizza joints, but the food was excellent . They have a lot of deals and great food. The sauces are good as well, though you do pay for each one and they had forgotten our sauces. Ranch and the Cheese Jalapeno sauces were the best. All in all, would definitely order from them again. I wish them all the best.

Bland taste and worst cheese ever! It’s because for the sticks portion of the pizza, they squirt on soybean oil based liquid after cooking and then shake on salt and spices to boot! Ugh!

First time ever ordering from Little Caesars. I set up an online account. I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust, 8 wings and bread sticks with crazy bread with sauce. I ordered at 7:04, the order should have been ready at 7:24. I was in the store by 7:28. They had made me a pretzel pizza without the stuff crust. I waited another 20 plus minutes for a semi under cooked pizza, bread sticks and very cold chicken wings. There were 4 people making pizzas with only one person taking orders and bringing out orders. They also had a truck outside. 7 other people were waiting in the lobby with me. One of my worst experiences waiting for pizza ever.

Worst experience ever! They weren’t even and still waited 25 minutes for one pizza and cheesy bread. I waited patiently cause I figured at least the food would be nice and fresh. Well, the cheesy bread dough was raw and pizza gross and old. Now I can’t even call to get a refund because no one answers the phone.

Store was disgusting, my pizza order (stuffed crust pepperoni with full jalapenos and half pineapple) was completely wrong and undercooked. the crust was not properly done so the mozzarella did not stay in the crust and instead oozed out of it, there was a grand total of TWO jalapenos on the whole pizza, and the entire pizza was covered in pineapples. They almost didn’t give me the cheesy jalapeno sauce i ordered, too. They absolutely REFUSE to answer the phone when we called both to originally order and to complain. To top it all off, the staff was utterly incompetent. I will never be ordering from this company again if this is the standard now.
