Understaffed! Horrible wait time! Server unsure of orders. The bagel was ridiculously tough! The entire bkfast sandwich was horrible. The best part were the tater tots (which I had to order a 2nd one because my coffee took so long to be made. And they owe me a doughnut for my purchase. Won’t return!

I went to this location after going to two other locations that had poor customer service. Not this time! Paola greeted me when I walked in and was very warm in her delivery. The young man that assisted her in making my drinks was also very patient and nice. The drinks were excellent!! Thank you for turning a bad situation around!

Had a quick stop for breakfast and it was an average experience. Worst customer service … they were just not interested in business. We had 5-6 guys ordering and they were so impatient to take the order ..
Coffee was like hot water . I asked them to add more coffee or add a shot (for extra money) but they wouldn’t do it. . Hash brown was ok . Tomato pesto sandwich was too dry. I asked them not to put cheese and they added it . Wil never go back to this Dunkin outlet .

A lady worker here harassed me for picking up my to go order from the counter this morning. She said I needed to wait for a worker to hand it to me, not take it off the counter. No other Dunkin does this. They all place the items on the counter and walk away. I told her that I thought once the items were on the counter it was ready. She said yes but sometimes they aren’t fully done yet so you’re supposed to wait for a worker to hand it to you. I said, that’s why I checked the bag before I walked away with it, to make sure everything was there. She was short and snippy with me. And she couldn’t even fill half the bag with tots. The food ended up being horrible. Won’t come here again.

I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews but whoever manages this store sucks. They are understaffed & always missing ingredients. I feel bad for the workers & us customers that have to deal with this.

I should have posted this two months ago, but I want to finally acknowledge and thank London who works at this location for her excellent customer service. I came in one morning needing like 7 dozen donuts and 5 or 6 boxes of coffee and London went above and beyond to make it happen. Instead of treating me with annoyance for the last minute order, she assured me that she could get it done. I was beyond impressed and the teachers and staff at our school were so grateful. Thank you, London. You rock!

That’s all I do is order a regular coffee and an iced coffee for my husband 99% at a time the hot coffee and the espresso taste like water and my food is burnt, but the people are very nice

The place has a very bad smell. Like an uncleaned damp floor or something. I expected to smell sweet donuts or like at a bakery shop. And it was probably because of the time of day we went but selection was scarce.

Sometimes they get very busy. But for the most part they are quick and friendly. Their for coffee is slightly higher than other locations. I wonder why.
