This place is ghetto as hell and will be getting reported. The cashier looked angry and stressed out; I greeted her with a smile and she smiled back and took my order. Once I had ordered, I noticed the man in the back prepping the pizzas had no gloves! I asked the lady at the cashier why they weren’t using gloves and she hesitantly asked the “manager” (old and ugly light skin lady) and the manager yelled at her “because they don’t have to”! As I try to diffuse the situation and explain that I was just asking a question and that she didn’t have to be rude, she still continued to be rude and say that they aren’t required to because they steadily wash their hands. These ppl are unsanitary and I’m over it so I ask for my money back and leave. Attitudes like that are why someone like her will never succeed in life, she can’t even handle a management position at a Little Caesar’s or create a working environment that isn’t hostile.

Second time ordering pizza from here. The first time I went inside and ordered and my pizza was okay, this second time I did a pick up. I ordered two pizzas. When I got home, which is 5 mins down the road my family and I sat down to eat and one of the pizza crust was hard and stail, and the other pizza crust was soft and edible. The self-proclaimed manager (older light-skinned lady) of this place served me an expired pizza. It didn’t feel hot through the box, and it didn’t taste fresh when I tried to eat some of it. I refused to accept old pizza and returned it.

The pickup station is with pass code is useless if it is not utilized. Ordered a Detroit style pizza, received an email with a pickup code. I arrived a minute or two after pickup time and it was not ready. After 5 or 6 minutes O received the pizza. Once I got home I discovered it was undercooked/undone. Very disappointing.

The worst customer service experience ever. They was rude, disrespectful, very unprofessional. They messed my order up and took 30 minutes to not even fix order correctly. The entire weekend evening shift crew should be fired. My recommendation is that no one should eat at this location the food and the customer service was horrible.

Haven’t had Little Caesar’s in a while. T-Mobile Tuesdays had a special deal for some pizza and breadsticks. Everything was good as far as the food but my issue was the website. It said that it would be ready in 15 minutes and that I would receive a message that it was. 15 minutes came and went. I waited for an extra 10, then went in thinking they forgot about my order. The employees said they were sorry and next time do not trust the site as it constantly messes up to give an alert that it’s ready. Just come in when it originally told you on the site. 15 min.
