Usually I never go out my way to leave a bad review because I understand we all have good/bad days. But yesterday I waited over 40 minutes for my food because the employees forgot to make it. However; after getting my food and arriving home. I realized my pizza smelt weird, crazy puffs had yellow cheese on it which tasted funny, 2 Liter Mountain Dew wasn’t fresh at all, and my bread sticks was so soft as if they never cooked them. Many times I’ve spent my money here this was the worst experience for me. I shall not be eating here again.

A must order the crazy bread hot and fresh with extra butter and cheese. Fresh hot and ready pepperoni with butter. You wont be disappointed.

UPDATE- The manager Cat remade my order. She was very professional and apologetic!
I purchased two orders of the Crazy Puffs and both of them were not done all the way! The dough was gummy and the cheese was not melted. The top was done however the middle and bottom was undercooked. AVOID this location at all costs the employees desperately need food handling training and Safe Serve training because someone is definitely going to get sick eating from here! The owners should be ashamed of themselves for not putting any effort or initiative into this location! DO NOT EAT HERE! Health Risk!

I was sold a raw undercooked Pizza. They refused to refund my money due to the fact that my children consumed some of the raw pizza unknowingly. This is a very rude, very unprofessional, very nasty establishment!! They don’t have to worry about me ever ordering from there again and I will advise everyone not to as well!!

If I could give it no stars I would. I was give uncooked food. When I asked to speak to a manager he didn’t want to talk. They redid my order and it was still uncooked. When I called to talk to the manager they lied and said he wasn’t there after I had already talk to him in person.

The attitude towards me when I asked about an item was UNACCEPTABLE AND RUDE. I told her that I had cataracts and couldn’t clearly see the scrolling menu. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her!! I won’t be back!!!

I ordered a three meat pizza and explained I want the pizza just as is, but on half of the pizza I paid for mushrooms,onions, and black olives. Why who made the pizza only put pepperoni on the half side of the vegetables I added? If the person who prepared the pizza didn’t know any better, it would have only been the vegetables on one side! The person was very aware and decided not to put the other 2 meats that belong on the pizza! That is just lazy and hateful! I will say the young man who took my order was nice and professional!

Idk who need to see this but please learn how to slice a pizza. How you don’t know how cut a pizza???? Isn’t that like….a requirement??? Why do I have a slither of a pizza next to a huge 1/3 slice??
