I went today to get the limited time pretzel crust pizza that i wait all year for and i get there and they tell me because their busy cooking large orders i can only order a regular pepperoni or cheese pizza and nothing else. Mind you I’m the only customer in line. I say that i will wait but they are the only location near me and i drove to get that specific pizza and do i need to contact a manager and once i say that he comes to the window and says i will make it but it’s gonna be over a half hour, i said that’s fine and i waited. Once i got it and drove home i open to see not only is a regular pepperoni pizza he literally took a regular pepperoni pizza and over poured a bunch of salt on it and that’s it. It doesn’t have the cheese or taste like the one i usually get. I want a manager or someone to contact me because this is unacceptable! I spent $40 on pizzas wings brownies and soda just to not be able to eat the pizza because it’s super salty and isn’t even the real promotion pizza I’m use to eating. Very disappointed

Hi! I’ve been coming to this Little Caesars for quite some time now and at first the people were pleasant and the pizza was always fresh! Now over the past couple of years, no matter how many new faces I see it’s been a less than memorable experience. The pizza is never hot… so forget “Hot and Ready”, even when specifically ordering through the app they simply place a pizza from the “Hot and Ready” ovens into the portals. I just witnessed it as I was given one that way complete with a “now go on your way” look from the guy that passed it to me. I was afraid to go back in a request a new pizza because if he was bold enough to do that in my face then God only knows what would’ve been done to my new pizza

I ordered a deep dish w bacon and cheese bread. Girl who called herself the manager kept going in the back rushing it so of course when they came out they are by far not cooked. Thanks for nothing. People are so useless nowadays. Kids want a management position when they have no idea what customer service even is.

I was in the drive through on Saturday August 5, 2023 about 2pm. I placed an order for a regular pepperoni pizza. The young man said my card was frozen. I instantly check my card and saw he had charged me 10.10 for a pizza that coast 7.35. I showed him that he had over charged me. He snatched the pizza back and refused to give it to me. I went on the inside, he was alone. No manager was on duty. He gave me his name, I left without a pizza. No sense in arguing with a child. I also thought it was sad that he was doing everything by himself. He was operating the inside, drive through and making pizza by himself. When the charge post to my account I plan to dispute the charge.

If only I could write reviews without putting a star..Now where do I begin..? We had gotten delivery pizza, I was excited to have some pizza and get a break from cooking but sadly that didn’t happen. I was sent cheesy bread that was literally just dough with hard cheese in the middle, and the pizza.. dont get me started, the pizza was cold and lazily made, the crust was uncooked and it barely had cheese all the toppings were just thrown onto one side. Not to mention when trying to call them it was a painfully long wait. And the end off the day, we had to re cook everything we ordered even then it still tasted terrible.

While the food we received was tasty (considering it’s Little Caesars), the service was lackluster and left much to be desired. After waiting in line for over 15 minutes, we pulled up to the window, ordered, and paid just to be told that we would need to go back through the drive-thru in about 10 minutes to receive our food. We had to ask for our card back so that we could then go park and wait for the food we ordered. I’m confused by whether or not the inside of the store was open considering the fact that as I walked up to the door after being told to wait the 10 minutes for my food, someone (not wearing any sort of uniform) locked the door even though I had just watched other people leave the restaurant. We then had to wait another 10 minutes in the line (on top of the 10 minutes already waited after ordering) to receive our OPEN food.

I literally just left. I ordered 1 hot n ready pepperoni pizza. The young lady said it was $7.37 I gave her $20.37. She turned her head the opposite way and handed me my change at the edge of the box and the pizza. Which was really rude my money could have flew away. Whie pulling off I noticed my change was $11. 00. I just shook my head and said maybe she needed $2. I’m unsure who she is but I hope you don’t continue this because the next person may not be as nice. Yall have to do better. SMH!
