Visited The location two times in a week, Play some the total of four separate orders, both times I received exceptional service, good customer service, and high quality of food. Very apparent that location is under new or better management compared to my previous visit in the past years. service was fast, orders were ready and correct at time given, and Food was fresh.

This place is absolutely ridiculous- management NEEDS TO DO WAY BETTER. First off there is never a manager available, then you have a bunch of kids walking around talking on there phone there is zero customer service skills. They are rude, and act like it’s killing them to do there damn job. Then , today was the 3rd time in a row that I have ordered and my order be ABSOLUTELY WRONG. The crust wasn’t stuffed the cheese sticks were old and hard as a brick. I usually really enjoy little ceasars. But this specific location is horrid.

This place is trash! I would give it a zero if I could. I went up there today and the young man that was working was incredibly rude. He slammed the windows in my face in the middle of me speaking. Another young staff member who witnessed the situation did bring it to his attention and he said “so”. She apologized on his behalf which was very nice and gave me the crazy bread that I ordered. I get home and the crazy bread was flat, crunchy and dry. I take it back up there and they are all nasty and rude. They should not be in the store without adult supervision. They are too immature and disrespectful to manage the store on their own.

Disappointed by Veteran’s Day Experience at Little Caesars (Fairburn, GA)
Dear Little Caesars Team,
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience on Veteran’s Day at your Fairburn, GA location off Campbellton Road. As a veteran, I was looking forward to the advertised free lunch promotion between 11 AM and 2 PM — a gesture I deeply appreciate and have enjoyed in the past.
Unfortunately, when I arrived around 1 PM, I was informed by an employee named Diamond that the promotion had already been shut down. I found this surprising and disheartening, especially on a day meant to honor those who’ve served. I later called the store to request the general manager’s contact information, and while Diamond eventually provided the name “Gene,” she seemed hesitant and asked why I needed it.
I also attempted to reach customer service but was unable to get through to anyone.
I’ve always enjoyed visiting Little Caesars with my kids, and I’ve held the brand in high regard. This experience, however, felt dismissive of the spirit of Veteran’s Day and the service of those it’s meant to honor. I hope this feedback helps improve future communication and consistency around promotions — especially those tied to such meaningful occasions.

Today picked up 4 pizzas and all of them was below standard, 1 overcooked, 2. lacking cheese and 3. Crust is not full, Never have had a pizza from here come like these poorly prepared pizzas. If it wasn’t for the fact I was heading to work I would have bought them all, also did not answer the phone when I called. DO BETTER!!!!!

If only I could write reviews without putting a star..Now where do I begin..? We had gotten delivery pizza, I was excited to have some pizza and get a break from cooking but sadly that didn’t happen. I was sent cheesy bread that was literally just dough with hard cheese in the middle, and the pizza.. dont get me started, the pizza was cold and lazily made, the crust was uncooked and it barely had cheese all the toppings were just thrown onto one side. Not to mention when trying to call them it was a painfully long wait. And the end off the day, we had to re cook everything we ordered even then it still tasted terrible.

Went through drive-thru and only ordered crazy puffs (1 order) and was told it would be 12 minutes…sat in my car for 15 minutes, went inside and the woman tells me they’re not done yet, I ask for an estimate and she says “I’m not sure”…here we are 30 minutes later!! And still no food!! How’d we go from 12 minutes to over 30?? I wouldn’t have placed the order if I knew it would be over 30 minutes. What makes it worse is, they weren’t even busy! I’ll give the food a good rating, however. My food is usually pretty good, but this experience really rubbed me the wrong way and the girls at the front acted like they didn’t care at all, just on their phones.

We were hungry and I didn’t feel like cooking so, I spent $35. on pizzas, soda, Italian Cheesy Bread and Crazy Bread. When I got home I regretted going there, the breadsticks looked like they sat in the warmer all day (burnt and dry), pizzas were darkened — cold, rubbery, and looked unappetizing, and Italian Cheezy bread was burned and cold, too. I spent 30 mins on the phone and did not speak to anyone. I dumped it all in the trash. This was a waste of money and our time. The kids are DoorDashing McDonald’s and I’m eating Ramen Noodles. Will not be returning.
