Ordered a pizza online for pick up. When I checked the pizza, it was made incorrectly and one worker offered to make it correctly and said it would take about 8 minutes. When she came out 13 minutes later, I checked the second pizza, was satisfied with the look of it so I left .(Side note: this girl was in an over sized shirt, shorts(isnt this a safety issue being around ovens and what not?) and her hair was neither in a cap or hair net.)

We noticed (unfortunately) after eating two slices of the pretzel crust pizza a centipede baked into it. We called the store and told the first person to answer the phone and they said nothing for a couple minutes then passed the phone to who we believe was the manager. You’d think they would immediately offer a refund of our entire order, we were willing to bring it all back, but they instead said the will just refund the one pizza. Why would we want to eat any of the pizza after finding that? They were rude and very unprofessional given the disgusting situation. We will be reporting this.

I ordered 4 pepperoni pizzas when the store opened this morning for a roofing crew. They looked different then usual but, oh well. Decided we’d need more to my husband returned for 3 more. The crew of 9 ate 2 pizzas. I couldn’t imagine that I overbought. I tried a bite. I’ve got to say that it was that it was the saltiest, and worse tasting pizza I’ve had. I won’t be buying it again! Now their deep dish I had last week was good.

Overall it’s a fast large (by fast food standards) pizza at about the cheapest you can get. The cheese is actually a good quality for the price and the topping amount is good. I am rating it based on the value as if we are going to compare any fast food pizza to a real pizza restaurant this would be two stars. I almost gave 3 stars because I am annoyed I often get charged for an Extra most best pizza, when I ask for a cheaper classic if I don’t pay careful attention when paying. I wouldn’t care about a dollar difference if it didn’t happen so often.

There was a CENTIPEDE baked into the pizza!!! And when we called they just offered a free krazy bread and wouldn’t refund the entire order. The guy was incredibly rude.

Horrible service! Three bad service calls – My order was forgotten the first time when I had called it in. They said they would remake it right away. Then, when they made it again, they gave my specialized order to another customer who didn’t order it. Finally, they burnt it when they tried to make it again. It has been over an hour and fifteen total. No pizza – they refunded my order – but I had nothing for my over an hour wait! No I’m sorry – no gift certificate – no nothing. Very inept service from the manager down to the cook and the front line worker. I’m done with this branch’s horrible lack of service and no communication – they permanently lost a customer. My advice – Don’t go back until you see a sign “under new management”.

This is the most upset I have ever been over a food order. I went to this location and ordered one cheese, and one pepperoni. I waited for 15 minutes, the very nice cashier brought my pizzas out to me. When I get home, my kids informed me that there or two pepperoni pizzas. I called the store back, and she told me I had to bring back both pizzas and a receipt in order to get a cheese pizza. So I asked her when I brought both pizzas back if I was going to get a fresh pepperoni pizza as well. She said no because they only messed up the cheese pizza, they would only be replacing the cheese pizza. I refused to bring both pepperoni pizzas and let my kids eat the pizza that was actually correct and hot. When I got to the restaurant, showed her that the pizza was clearly labeled cheese, but pepperoni was in the box. I also had pictures of both pepperoni pizzas. And I was treated very rudely. She threw the pizza box on the floor, and they made me another Pizza but when it got to me I didn’t want it. One of the other girls that she was chatting about regarding this whole incident stood there over our pizza and took a picture of it. Then she passed it back to the manager, who then pass it to her cook, who opened the box laughing, and passed it back to her. I refused it. I told them I didn’t want that pizza and she gave me a different one they had just put in the warmer. Then both of these children wanted to argue with me and tell me that I can go, instead of making it right with the customer when they screwed up in the first place. Maybe if she wasn’t so busy making out with her boyfriend on shift, they could have made it right the first time. I was livid.. I will never return.

Poor customer service! Associate (Mary?) didn’t bring bag to car for side items after I waited 15 minutes for lunch pizza to be made. Asked for bag because I was going back to work and didn’t want to drop everything. She got bag then assumed I would bag it. I am sitting in my car in front of a steering wheel. I asked her to bag it….assuming she does this regularly. She said hold the brownie. Then bagged and gave it back. I said thank you. She said nothing and walked off. I said you’re welcome…which should have been her response. Instead, she grabs store door handle and turns to glare at me and roll her eyes. I went in to tell management. I could hear her talking about it. Management apologized and says she will tell owner. Never going back there…although it is next to where I work and I go there often. Pizza Hut will love having my orders.

I really enjoy this location. I am honestly sickened to read other reviews left considering it is the fastest, CHEAPEST, pizza around. Expecting chick-fil-a or five star service at a “fast food” pizza joint is delusional. Our youth- those who will control our country and determine how we are treated as our generation reaches their decline are running these establishments. Especially in this economy… they are doing their best. I just wish the entitled stuck up people who eat here would realize, their missing soda or incorrect topping was a simple mistake. Made by very possibly a minor (child in their eyes). The world doesn’t revolve around you, and this is my favorite pizza. So i’ll keep vouching for my community.
