I ordered a ultimate cheesesteak pizza October 6, there was hardly no ingredients and I have had this pizza before so I know it was NOT supposed to look like this. I called the store and asked for supervisor, kid said no supervisor was available and call the customer care line. I did and they asked for picture of pizza as well as receipt, as I did. They said a refund in full would be issued in 10 days, it has been enough time and no refun, so I called back customer care and they said all they would refund is $2.13 out of a $22.92 order-THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE! Little Ceasars leaves me no choice but to have to call my bank to make a stop payment since they would not refund this unacceptable pizza, YOU HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!!! Also the same kid that made the pizza named BRIAN said today when asked again for his supervisor he refused!!! SHAME ON YOU FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS BADLY!

I just want to express the unexpected pleasure I experienced with Mr. Porter White (I hope correct last name) on 8/23/2025 . There was a problem with my order, and although everything was locked up and closing down within restaurant, he took the time to remake my entire order and compensated me with an extra item because of the inconvenience. I did not expect that based on my conversation and interactions with Jacob earlier that day when I called to inform them of the problem I had with my prior order the night before. Mr. Porter went out of his way to make me feel appreciated and valued as a customer and I would just like to thank him once more for the wonderful, considerate and professional person he is. Much gratitude!

Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in years. Pretty simple order. 2 pies, cheese bread and brownies.
The pies were both poorly made. The sausage only had sausage on half the pie with a few pieces on the other half.
The pepperoni was supposed to have 100 pieces of pepperoni yet several slices had less then a few.
When I called to ask what happened the “Area manager” told me my only options was to drive back to their store so they could remake them. I advised her that it was a major inconvenience to have a customer drive back to their store and at this point we will make due but when I questioned if that was company policy she stated that was and there was nothing she could or would do. I advised her that I would leave a review and will never order from Any little Caesars again.
She told me I can call corporate and all they will do is send it to her and she will handle it the same so why bother.
Little Caesars used to be good but it appears those days are will behind them.
Making pizza is not rocket science and they were busy so not excuse

Is a good place to buy pizza you just need to be patient at nights or weekends as most of employees are very young and sometimes can’t keep up with orders. Waiting in you car for your food take longer than expected most of the time

I was in a terrible pinch after having my warehouse lunch pizza order dropped by a rival Pizza competitor. These guys jumped to the challenge and had 10 pizzas and wings piping hot on the counter in minutes! Thank you guys for helping me feed my awesome crew. I will be back!

The pizza is still pretty ok when your trying to feed kids at church function or quick dinner meal for a large family as you can’t beat the price. I would invest in a “made from scratch pizza” find it a better option because they just don’t have better ingredients.. factory taste.
