Went in and got what I normally get at any little Caesars a Deep dish with cheese and light sauce. To my surprise it did not look like it normally does. The whole thing looked like they only used half a cup of cheese on the whole thing. It tasted like they used the fresh and ready crust and the same amount of cheese they used on it. Not to mention the customer service was bad. The guy behind the counter didn’t understand what I was asking for because there was it seemed like a language barrier. I pay for the deep dish to get. Better quality than the ready pizzas. Make sure you check your food before you leave. You can’t get anyone on the phone to get it corrected

This pizza place has really gone downhill. I ordered my pizza online and still had to wait 15 minutes after arriving on time. I didn’t say anything initially because no one came to the front, even though I could see three people working in the back. By the time I got the pizza home—which is only an 8-minute drive—it was stale and cold.
To make matters worse, when a white male walked in, the employee took his order first even though I had been waiting. She smiled at him, but when it was my turn, her demeanor changed; she became disgusted and standoffish. An older white gentleman in the shop witnessed the interaction and shook his head in shame, seemingly shocked by her behavior.
I will never return to a place where I am so obviously unwelcome. It’s sad because a few years ago they provided decent service and were actually nice. I wish management would review the security footage to see exactly how I was treated. Horrible food from even worse humans.”

I ordered the Detroit Slices and sticks combo that comes with a drink. The Detroit Slices and stix is advertised and even says on the receipt that it comes with crazy sauce. When I picked up my order I saw it was missing the crazy sauce so I asked the employee for it and she wanted me to pay for it. I tried to explain to her it’s supposed to come with the meal I paid for but she refused to give it to me. I feel the problem was because of a language barrier as she barely spoke english. I tried showing her on the receipt itself it says “with crazy sauce” but she wouldn’t even look at it which leads me to believe she can not read english.
I wanted the sauce but she wouldn’t budge, so I caved and bought it which I thought was ridiculous to have to pay for someone else’ incompetence. Idc about it being $2 it’s the principle. I won’t be back here.

Good place to take fast pizza, sometimes they have delay in the minutes that they said but in comparison with another places they have good prices and a lot of promotions, the location it’s good, not too much parking and also they haven’t dine-in so being cautious in the case that u pretend go and eat there, they have just one generic size too. In conclusion this local has positive and negative stuff like whatever place but like i said the pizza it’s good for the price that they offered for the people.

Asked for NO red sauce and paid for EXTRA Bacon, got my pizza WITH red sauce and LITTLE bacon, when I complaint about it they were EXTREMELY RUDE and said they couldn’t do anything about it, I asked for my money back they refused…It’s just said how people today are so careless, disrespectful come people we can do better than that as humans, now i ask you would you be happy if it was the other way around?
Updated – the employees were fired and the manager took care of us

I seriously just picked up two pizzas from here. And both of them are still under baked. I attempted to call the store to request a refund. But the number says it’s not in service. Decided to go into the store. The person working the register was acting like I wasn’t just in there earlier. Called another employee over and non would give me a refund unless I brought the pizzas to him. After he asked for a picture for proof and said it wasn’t enough. You could clearly see the pizza is under baked. He said he didn’t know what he was looking at. Terrible experience. I didn’t get NO REFUND. My only accomplishment was I managed to loose them two sales while I was in there. I had no problem telling other customers about my experience. I wanted to save them the disappointment as well. One person was in there before me. Trying to explain to the same cashier she had allergies. And the cashier was just giving her a difficult time. I told the customer to save her time and money and go else where. Because I was in there requesting a refund for my under baked pizzas.

The manager was very welcoming. He took my order immediately. The pizza was served fresh and hot from the oven. The store could use an upgrade. Overall, I was unsure after reading the reviews. My experience was great.

Ordered the special – Pepperoni pizza with pretzel crust. It was great, but could have liked less salt grains on the crust.
Ordering online was easy, pickup was ready on time and the minimal staff were great. The shop interior was clean and welcoming. Don’t let the empty photo fool you, because it filled up quickly with customers placing orders and picking up.

Chewy and pizza was cut with zero consistency. Overheard an employee complaining that, “If I have to cook one more pepperoni pizza I swear to God”.
Third time trying this location. I won’t be back for a while.
