Absolutely the 100% worst place to go to. Literally waited 45 for out food. 3 cars in front of us. Then the person at the window said they just had somebody walk out. Then after 20 minutes at the window he says I had to throw together your order we were late to the varsity football game because of this. There’s absolutely no excuse for this type of service. It doesn’t take that long to make chicken fingers and a burger. Yes, that’s all we had.

Literally taking the time to leave a bad review before I leave. Only us and one other family of 4 in dining room. No one in drive through. Saw our food sit for 15 min on the counter. Would have gotten it but thought it belonged to the family that ordered before us. Cold when we got it. No reason for that.

Low service score because the manager left his night crew (2) short staffed and nothing prepped for them. Those two did their best. They called the manager asking for help and he told them to do their best and make sure to clean everything. Really ? You are a horrible manager. Hugs to those poor staff tonight.

I have never witnessed a manager being more awful to their employees. I watched a grown man chew a couple of 17 year olds to death because someone skipped out on their order. I am literally astonished, this was actual abuse. When I left I said he needs to treat his employees better and he was disgusting. I am absolutely calling the department of labor on this place.

Took over twenty minutes for one hot ham and cheese and an order of fries. Had to walk inside to see them talking with my bag in her hand and she sees it was me and says “sorry we were waiting on fresh fries”. Silly

The worst service ever. Waited 15 minutes to be told waiting on fries. To get home and find out fries were sitting there for hours and burnt. When walked in to find out. All employs were on their phones. Guess their friends are more important then their customers. Would not recommend going here unless u want robbed like I was for food u can’t eat. Want to give zero stars but made me give 1

Not great. There was 1 young girl working the front by herself. She was doing a good job. Repeating back the orders and keeping a game face on despite the amount of stress she was feeling.. There was 1 car pulled forward before us and we were asked to also pull ahead. We did, followed by 3 other cars. So a total of 5 cars pulled up waiting.. All of the 4 cars received their food and we were still waiting for ours. From the time our order was put into the computer until the time we received our food was 16 minutes. I think they could definitely benefit from having some more employees.

Very slow service, sat in drive thru for 24 minutes for 2 sandwiches that were probably pre made. 7/4/21, yet again a reminder why the Hardee’s at this location needs new management, the bread on the sandwiches was hard like it had sat out for hours. I would suggest if you are after edible food to avoid this place

There was a new employee there today named Kia. She was such a good employee. She was kind to the customers and provided very good customer service. There was a customer in line and he was being very rude to her and she was being very kind. I just wanted to share this information because Kia is a great employee.
