Never get the deep dish “ Detroit Style Pizza “. The crust under the toppings is always doughy meaning you’ll be eating raw dough. I even ordered it well done. Every other chain can adequately cook a deep dish but for some reason this chain cannot. Better off getting your Detroit style or Deep Dish pizza at Dominoes, Jets or Pizza Hut. It’s sad because this chain started near Detroit. Little Caesar’s corporate chefs, please develop a dough product or procedure for your deep dish. I’m tired of taking a bite of raw dough and having the yeast develop on my stomach. I always order this every couple of years and am disappointed every time.

I just left from picking my pizza up, i had to get my sauces and told her what i needed and the girl that was at the counter was super rude with a disgusting look on her face like i was the biggest inconvenience! She put them on my pizza box and walked away to go back to her phone! Worst customer service! She needs to be fired! On top of that, i order the pretzel pizza……they did regular crust and put the pretzel salt on it never coming back to that location

Worst Little Caesars EVER!! THEY SERVE COLD SOGGY PIZZA. DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY OR YOUR TIME!! Had them remake our order and still got cold nasty pizza. I would recommend spending the few extra dollars and go to Marco’s or Pizza Hut. Customer service doesn’t exist, and Hailey doesn’t want to be there.

Grandson wanted pizza. Went to drive thru, 3 cars ahead, short wait, when I pulled up tp window was ignored for 10 minutes, when the guy opened the window and I said just a ready to go pepperoni pizza he told me 30 minutes. Where has service gone. Of course I did not wait and went to another pizza place. Things we do for our grand children. Got to love them.

Pretty bad experience overall. I purchased a single pizza and was told it would be completed soon and they gave me buzzer that vibrates when your meal is ready. I waited 20 minutes with nothing. If I wanted to wait 20-30 minutes on a pizza I would have went to papa Jon’s or dominoes. The original cashier was amazing. Outside of that, pretty awful experience

Food is fine for the most part, but the customer service is awful. I wasn’t going to say anything about the person running the drive-thru until they were completely silent my second time interacting with them. I’m not really sure what I did to them, but they clearly hate what they’re doing and shouldn’t be customer-facing if they’re going to act that way. Literally say ANYTHING at all. A hello, thank you, good bye – anything other than what they’re currently doing. I’m going to start going to the location that’s 15 minutes away instead of this one, that’s 5 minutes away because I don’t want to be rude the next time I’m ignored like that.

I came inside to order a pizza and was greeted nicely by the gentleman running the drive through. The girl whom ignored me when I came inside and promptly helped the gentleman behind me wouldn’t allow him to help me and I was called rude. I was hoping for better service. But I don’t really need pizza anyway.
