Normally yall are so good idk what happened today but my sandwich was literal trash!! Didn’t put anything on that I wanted my sandwich literally fell apart and barely any meat on it. During the week y’all are so good but last couple weekends have been so badly. I literally unraveled it and it’s completely apart so disgusting and disappointing

My husband and I absolutely love this Jersey Mike’s location. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is extremely clean. The manager, Joe is amazing. He exerts every effort to provide superior customer service to all patrons who visit this location. This is the best sub shop in Maryland. Joe is awesome, and always greets every customer with a big smile. Joe is indeed a valuable asset to his company. Thanks, Joe!!

The food is always good but the employees handling of the sandwiches is terrible. One girl smushed our sandwiches multiple times while wrapping it. We had told them to be careful next time because she smushed it so bad. Then another employee cut us off and said it was corporate policy to smush the sandwiches. GO TO ANOTHER JERSEY MIKES 0/10!!!!!!!!

THE place for a sandwich. I don’t expect much from a sandwich shop but I like this place. Cozy gor dine in, or they pack your food for to-go really well. Chips and drink add on is always a plus. The fountain drink machine has root beer, too.

I enjoyed my Mini Tuna Sandwich. They offer cold and hot sub’s. They have meat, fish and veggie options as well. I hope to return , I visited on a Monday at 11am. It wasn’t busy to service was quick.

At a little pass 8:30. I went to get two subs. I was the only person in the store at the time. I asked for a #9 Club Supreme Regular on Rosemary Parmesan Bread, Mikes way, Heavy on the Vinegar, and BBQ chips. That’s exactly how it looked in a text message form my boyfriend. Normally he comes to get our food from here. This was my first time ordering. Another lady came in by this time. The gentleman was making the first sandwich. But I also wanted to order a #26 which is the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak. He asked the lady behind me for her order and called to the back from help. I spoke up stating that I also wanted the #26. He said he was sorry and didn’t realize I wanted two different sandwiches. Alright cool. They made my sandwich on regular bread when I asked for Rosemary Parmesan Bread. So they remade it again. I get home my sandwich honestly didn’t look like chicken cheese steak at all. The #9 didn’t have bacon on it. At this point they are already closed and i’m stuck with these sandwiches. I added extra to ranch to try to make it due.

If I could give this restaurant a lower rating I would I always get the same thing and somehow it always gets messed up. I ordered a giant steak and cheese with no onions and no peppers. Can you imagine what was on my sandwich? onions and peppers the exact opposite of my order. They don’t listen there too busy listening to music than to care what a customer is saying. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident it’s about 3/4 times it will not be what you asked for. This is just my honest opinion and you can do what you with with the information I provided.

Had the unfortunate experience of visiting this location tonight. This was the most unprofessional service my family and I have seen in a long time. Instead of focusing on making the food and getting people out they spent more time loud talking, cheering because they were about to close so they could stop serving people in front of customers. ALL 3 of our orders were wrong, things left off that we ordered and 2 of the sandwiches are not editable because they put they put so much mayo. Remember, who you put behind the front counter represents your brand and this was terrible!

I used to love this place but the last 2 times was not so good and priced have gone up bad almost 5 dollars for a drink and in the past the subs were full and really good but not anymore so Zi guess one more place off my list I can go to a restaurant for$5.00 more it’s just really sad

Can’t go wrong anytime or in any JM. Best hoagies anywhere! The best #13 original Italian. We do not do Mike’s way. No mayo here for us. It was clean, fast, and friendly. I start with the middle and eat to the ends. OMG best hoagies…yum! Great food!
