Beware they don’t use hair nests. Little Caesars and McDonald’s are competing for who can give the worst customer service. Finding long hair in my pizza when I know dam well I don’t have long hair. Nasty place.

Look at this what a mess I paid 22.50 for two pizzas door dash delivered one and when they went back to get the other pizza this is the mess they hand her. She told me they got the pizza off the back table and told her to have a nice day! This happened today! I’m definitely about to take the whole pizza back down there.

Took them 30 mins to make cheese bread, ordered ahead online…store was full of flies and they looked at me like they were surprised when I was confused as to why it wasn’t ready when I got there. Figured it out pretty quick tho, run by a bunch of teens who don’t care. At least the food is still good even though I was almost late to work.

Looked like some random street people just walked in and took over a restaurant. Sitting on tables where food was made, loud, and lacking any resemblance of customer service. But the worst was the pizza. The crust had failed to rise and tasted like mildew. That means the dough had expired and they used it anyway to save inventory. Stay far away from here.

I wish i could give negative 5 stars. Spent 50 dollars there and didn’t even end up getting my whole order, he forgot to give me my brownies then the next day when i went back up there to get them he accused me of lying saying he did give them to me, why would i drive 20 mins and waste my gas if i had them? He then started to get vocal with me when i was being nice the whole time, he got more and more vocal so yeah i did cuss him out rightful so because why was he talking to a customer a WOMAN like that. Don’t know what his name is but he should be fired or something because this isn’t the service i paid for.

They took like 1hr and 30mins long to gave my order and then they made me to go all aroud the store because the pizza it wasn’t ready yet and then when i go all around the drive-thruh they forgot my order then they said if I’ve already place my order by the phone call or on the app.. Bad service i won’t be back to this place anymore…

My mom called in an order confirmed with the lady on the phone the correct little Caesars (Ward Blvd Wilson.) We arrive and go in, wait behind a lady ordering and then go up to the register, the cashier didn’t speak to us, and helped the drive through. When done with the drive through the cashier proceeded to talk to the lady that came in behind us and asked if she had a pick up order and I spoke up and said we did( because we did) then the cashier told me our order was not in and told us we were at the wrong location and I said no we confirmed on the phone. He asked another employee to come to the front and she slipped her shoes on came up and just stood there. He rang up another customer and then asked her if she put in our order and she said yes. He told her it was not in there then she showed him how she did it and then he said it’s not made would we like to place it now. No apologies NOTHING! My mother said no she wants what she ordered now and I said he said it’s not made and she asked if I place it now do we get a deal and he said not I started to get loud about us placing an order in advance and he quickly said I will give you bread sticks that’s all I can do…. Still with no apology….. this is not acceptable but because we have 5 kids at home wanting pizza we are hoping it at least tastes good, we will not be back!!!!
