I will be reporting them to the APD and ADA.
Francesca’s Italian Restaurant
We had reservations for 6 inside.
It’s a cold night tonight.
They REFUSED to seat / serve us because we had a service dog.
A well trained certified service dog. That much nicer respectful restaurants served us.
If you’re not aware it is against the law to refuse to serve because of a service dog.
A service dog can go ANYWHERE its human goes.
Thank you to Cobalt Restaurant for seating us immediately.
Better food. Anyways.
Our nephew Ralph , shared the check that was well over 800.00 so given this unthinkable issue, I am glad it went to Cobalt!
Darwin , their service dog has not moved an inch all night. Like a true Service dog is supposed todo.
I can only add to my nephews post that their service dog , Darwin is so wonderful. We had a big event in Ohio. Darwin was on a flight plus at our event and was terrific!

Food was good. Outside seating was nice
Small place, pleasant and efficient service, and damn good pasta. Would definitely recommend.
